Worst worst worst worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!The cashier is so rude she started barking at me because I ask her a question???? I never experience customer service like this ever!!! For me I always have positive thoughts even if there bad!! But not here At Heng Heng fast restaurant in lowell Ma!!!! This lady need to stop servicing people!!!! She needs help!!!! So sad that I have to give them 1 star just post there service they don’t deserve any type of stars!!!!! Really really poor service!!!!
Love the food! It’s a small Cambodian food take out restaurant. All food are freshly made! They have all kinds of food like banh mi, milk teas and shakes using fresh fruits, and all kind of homeland Cambodian food! Wink* wink* they have bobas!
Very helpful service. Food was great, you just have to know what to get which is not a problem because they let you taste most food they are serving. Selection changes day by day, so don't miss out, come see what they have on a regular basis. Thank you for the help! Highly recommend.
