Food was good but service was excruciatingly slow. The only way to fit this into your day would be to order ahead. Do all of your errands and maybe a couple loads of laundry and then come over to hot food. I don't blame the waiter who was always moving. I blame the management. Who clearly is hoarding all the profits enough to not have enough staff.

Great food! I ordered the spicy burger and it was downright delicious! Also ordered the vegetarian spicy burger and was told by my friend that it was the BEST vegetarian burger they had ever had!! I was impressed. Also a very cozy and comfortable dining area. Fries aren't quite my style...soft and dark but unique fries nonetheless.Highly recommended!!
The buffalo cauliflower and seared tuna BLT were very tasty. Nice people and great bartender.
The specials menu offered so many different options!Had short ribs and asparagus with awesome mashed potatoes as a special. The flavor of the short ribs was so savory and delicious!
Chef Scott is at it again. I had the chili to start. Then a venison stew and finished the night with a lava cake and chocolate espresso. They always use fresh local product and items sell out quick. Next time your in downtown Lowell or Westford give Fuse Bistro a try. KTQH!
