everyone who works here is incompetent and can’t complete a simple order. they also have their phones off so you cannot call to report issues with your order.

Ever since the store reboot—75% of my coffees do not have the 2 packets of Splenda ordered and in fact written on the ticket. Do we have a Splenda shortage or does the person on sugar have something against Splenda (besides the unhealthy thing)????They were a solid 4 stars before the refresh of the store.What happened????
Has gone way down hill, I am lucky when I get my coffee made the way I want. Having a nut allergy I have recieved hazelnut a couple times ( I drink Carmel) I get nervous now. I really don't want to go into anafelactic shock because someone can't read
Got avocado ? toast with tomato ?, it wasn’t even toasted. Bottle water with a large cup of ice….. the only thing they got right was the bottle of water.Nobody pays attention to an order.
Good place for nice coffee, but always it's crowded
The food was well prepared and the service was quick. The employees are mostly friendly, and always seem to get my order correct when I use the drive up window.
Dunkin Donuts hasn't done anything big lately to warrant a great review.

They close at 10 pm its 9:11 pm an he said they closed early because stuffs goin on with employees unproffesional.
