I visited the place with my little kids, while leaving the place the workers started using F words.So disrespectful

I think this is one of the best stores in the chain. The employees are extremely friendly and competent. Service is quick, and seems to be very well staffed all the time. I will go out of my way to go to this store.
I ordered hot chocolate from here and it was watered down immensely. The service at this particular location is poor, the servers are incompetent and the drive thru is way too narrow. I wouldn’t recommend it.
There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order. When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order and started to ring in what ever she felt like. Then proceeded to tell me the did not have frozen coffee drinks with hazelnut shots, it had to be strawberry or blueraspberry or the like.I ended up walking out because I shouldn't feel like a burden ordering a coolants @ Dunkin Donuts
my dog got bit at the dog park today. so something to cheer him up i decided to call and kindly said “hi do you guys have pup cups?” and she started screaming and saying that the police are on there way, and to stop prank calling. I had no clue what she was talking about and she was swearing and everything i don’t know what was wrong?. i always come to this dunks i’ve never had a problem like this!!
Everything was burned, we trashed 80% of our order. Lousy service lousy food prep. Don’t waste your time or money here.
The number shop to get best coffees. It is great wonderfully delicious.
Dunkin Donuts where I go on Rodgers Street is very well managed, the people that work there are very friendly and polite, you don't wait very long placing your order, they are very efficient on preparing your order.I recommend Dunkin Donuts to anyone.
