It was great. Nice donuts filled with creamy iced coffee.

Chill atmosphere, tons of space with different types of seating, bathrooms, and free wifi, however the employees are extremely nosy and constantly stare at you like you are doing something wrong if you're sitting there for more than 5-10 minutes. Also, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!

service no good and people talk like a trash never come again

Firstly, I used to work here. So none of the negative reviews surprise me, and they aren’t exaggerations. I’ve worked for a couple of other Dunkin’ franchises and this store is by far the nastiest. What’s worse is that it is run by FEMALE management which is pretty embarrassing. I’ve seen months (not weeks, MONTHS) of cream and milk build up under and behind their machines. I’ve cleaned up black residue and lime from areas that should always be cleaned, and know for a fact that this due to pure mismanagement and LAZINESS. I’m very surprised this place is still in business and don’t know how it passes inspection with what I’ve seen with my two eyes. The health practices are unbelievable! I worked there very briefly and never went back as a customer either! I’d suggest not putting your money into a place like this unless your items are bottled.

No donuts. When drinks were received, we asked if they were the correct drinks and they lied to our faces saying yes. On top of that, very poor presentation. One drink was incredibly sticky. Sandwich was burnt with no cheese. Keep in mind, business was very slow at this hour. Do yourself a favor and drive for a few mins to another dunkins.

The last time I came here, the employee shook my iced matcha latte nastily and I had to wait in line for about 10-30 minutes.

I really like getting coffee at Dunkin But today I had a really bad experience with the girl that was picking up order at 443 Chelmsford St. She was very mean when I was ordering my my coffee because I couldn’t understand her English and she wasn’t understanding me that’s OK but when I was getting my coffee she was talking about my order right in front of me as if I didn’t understand English very disrespectful this happened Tuesday morning won’t go back there again

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKINS! We were in the drivethru and all of a sudden the drivethru employee starting throwing things out of the window and yelling at the car in front of us. He then came outside and was threatening to “fight” the person in the car. What kind of animals are running the place? Won’t be coming back. And the coffee sucked.

By far one of the worst drive thru experiences for me. Usually the other employees at Dunkin’s understood my order which was clear and concise. I ordered a medium iced coffee french vanilla swirl extra extra and this employee with the name Pierre could not understand me. I had to repeat my order 3 times, I was sure I was clear and concise. I also wanted my bagel with strawberry cream cheese to be toasted. I pulled my car to the window and saw him on his phone texting and was sitting there for a solid 5 minutes. Then, I saw that he needed help multiple times from his other co-workers. Everyone else did a good job getting my order right whenever I go through the drive thru. Please review this employee for the love of God.

I walked in Dunkin’ Donuts and wanted a medium hot chocolate. There was one guy with an under-grown facial hair who refused to take my order. He tried to avoid making eye contact with me and continued to be on his phone and walked away. On his name tag it says, Pierre. I had a kind employee by the name of Michael who came to take my order instead. He was very nice and simply did his job. I hope management can re-train or even hire someone else who would actually offer me service, not be on their phone, and actually smile or look like they have enthusiasm. By far one of the most annoying experiences I ever had.
