I go to this establisment Monday-Thursday and its the best dunkin' i've ever been to. No matter how complicated or extensive my order, never once have they gotten it wrong. Food is always fresh and the staff is efficient and friendly no matter what shift is working.
I have ordered through GrubHub and they messed my coffee up. I ordered 2 coffee's and didn't taste good. I called them and explained what happened. They wanted me to call GrubHub back and have them delivere it. I am not waiting there has and time doing it. The employees should have made the coffee right. Worst attitudes especially for a customer service position. Lady at speaker acts as if my order of only 2 things is such an inconvenience. The 2 guys that are usually at the window never says hi, out due, thankcyou nothing.
The manger is awful seen her scream at employees fire one with a lobby full of people! She is rude nasty and has no business in customer service
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, GET ANOTHER ONE, BUT KEEP YOUR ATTITUDE TO YOURSELF. DON'T TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON THE CUSTOMER. IF IT WEREN'T FOR THEM, YOU WOULD BE UNEMPLOYED.

Please please please schedule 2 more people for morning shift. And always keep a person at the front register regardless how busy the drive thru is. I should not be standing there for 20 minutes before somebody takes my order.
