I've tried most of the better-known donut places in MA and this place is still my favorite so far. Great price. Perfect size (I kind of hate the huge donut trend). Staff has always been friendly. Once I got 4 donuts (a lot for me) and they tried talking me into getting a half dozen. I said no, and he just gave me another donut, free, anyway. Made my day. Oh and probably the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tried.
Used to live around corner on south Canton st and I'd often work lotta overnights..I would often show up before he was even open, but Eric would always stop what he was doing so I could get my fresh chocolate covered donuts!! He'd even throw fresh chocolate on the cinnamon rolls if asked to!! Really good people and highly recommend!!
On a scale of 1 to 10. Donut Shack donuts are an 11. If you’re going to eat a pastry make sure it tastes Amazing!

Donut Shack made 300 donuts for an event at our middle school in Lowell. They were so accommodating, helpful, easy to work with, and amazing throughout the whole process! Not to mention the donuts were the best I've ever had! 5+ out of 5 stars!! Thank you for being so amazing to work with!!

at first glance you don't think there's even a donut shop there but you walk in and it's a welcoming environment the two ladies inside were friendly and recommended if we wanted a specialty donut to put in an order of the day before. the donuts are massive and you get a lot of donut for your money basically a dollar a donut no matter what you buy even if they are filled with cream apple lemon $1 is an excellent price. oh and if you go in don't forget to tip they are hard-working ladies

We don't live in Lowell, but these donuts are worth the drive! Every kind is delicious! After tasting these, you'll never get grocery store donuts again!
Best donuts around! Marshmallow are like heaven! Highly recommend! Apple and jelly filled are also amazing! Must go early cause they sell out by 10AM some days! Yes, they are THAT good!
