I ordered online 45 minutes ago and still they haven't prepared my order. When my phone showed my that the order is ready, I went to the store. When I entered the store, they asked me to pay and then they kept me waited for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. 10 people were there waiting. They didn't feel sorry at all and didn't even apologize.I wanted to leave the store but because they had made me to pay at first (without telling me that my order will take 30 more minutes to get ready) I couldn't.This is the worst domino's ever.

Horrible burnt!then i ask for a new one nd the new one came with hair in it bc they were upset i didn’t want the burnt one never again please beware of this place always under staffed and angry workers smh

The customer service is exceptional with the help of Sara as the team member that goes the extra mile in order to make the customer happy why raising the dominos standards of customer relation in addition with he crew member make them the dream team of dominos as a whole setting an example for the rest of the franchise to be brutally honest

If I could give negative stars I would, I will not be returning to this store. The order took 2 hours after ordering delivery and it kept saying the order was being prepped. I attempted to call the store 4x in a row and kept receiving an automated message stating the delivery had been confirmed and they would be preparing my order. Each time I called after receiving the automated message it gives you the option to speak with an employee. Of course no one answered after letting it ring for several minutes. Finally went down to pick it up and another customer was in the store because she had been waiting the same length of time. If the delivery drivers are running really late, at least have the courtesy to call and update or offer pickup. Unacceptable-stay away from this store.

Stopped for some pasta. Very clean and polite crew. Definitely worth the visit.

The last 3 times I've gone here the pizza was cut so horribly that half of the slices was the size of a slice of personal pizza and the other half were so big I had to cut them in half. I get that there are one offs but clearly someone's depth perception or vision needs to be tested. The last time I told the cashier and she didn't even notice which tells me this is a normal occurrence. Do better. I have pictures of the smallest and largest slices side by side from the last 2 pizzas

Dominos customer service fixed it!!!8 guys in a garage watching UFC!! MOST MEN WOULDN'T COMPLAIN!!! BUT THIS HAD TO BE THE WORST PIZZA EVER ?? we all started dieing laughing once we opened the box!! We all grabbed a slice anyways ?? I joked and said I'm going to eat the box instead!! ??? I changed my review customer service reached out right away and made it right ???? THANK YOU HENRY

We had a late night craving and decided to come here at 1am. The staff were swamped with orders because of an event, let us know there would be a wait, but the staff was very kind and was very attentive to us as we waited in the store. I was impressed by the teamwork of the staff as well as their courtesy.

There’s no point in having the app if they are going to hit complete to get there service times up. And I have been waiting for an hour … when I called he told me it’s on its way . An hour later I’m thinking how does he know it’s on the way if he doesn’t even know the address I’m calling for . Smh!

Horrible on delivery. Took 2 hours for 1 medium pizza. Came cold and they literally randomly sliced it in the most intentional uneven and sloppy way possible. Trash workers.
