their food is disgusting. i can buy frozen general gau in the frozen aisle of market basket and cook it and it’ll taste better than this. don’t even get me started on my delivery experience.
5/20/22: It’s a shame the customer service is terrible because the food is pretty good! They can’t follow simple delivery instructions. Both the manager and delivery driver were rude to me and the manager even told me “it’s not our job to serve you”. ? and here I thought they were in the food SERVICE industry! ??? LOL! Fools!
Ordered general's chicken march 16 2022 the sauce tasted a bit off and I thought it was because it was cooler than when they prepared it, but little did I know later that night I would have HORRIBLE gas and a stomach bug feeling for the night & day after. All in all I’m VERY unsatisfied.
Literally just now my boyfriend and I called and placed an order and we waited an hour and a half (we are very patient) and when we call them back wondering where our order is, they say they never received our order. This is so frustrating. Lowell restaurants need to step it up because this is not it.
Terrible Overall Service! I placed an order not too long ago by phone at 9:50 pm because I’m hungry, hours later at around 11 i decided to call back because it was an hour and a half later. When I call they say their systems went down so they lost or never got our order. They didn’t call because they didn’t have the number. If this isn’t unprofessional I don’t know what is. It’s called do what other restaurants do and don’t rely on a machine. Write it down. I was waiting almost two hours for food that wasn’t going to get here and worst, if I wouldn’t have called, I would not have known. Terrible.
This place is ridiculous I ordered a combination plate and not only did I have to pay$18 but they couldn’t even give me a utensil to eat my food it was to go no napkins that’s the last place I order from them so much money they make and can’t provide those two things it’s sad
Since the renovation after the fire this place has really good American Chinese food. A bit pricey though.
WORSE MENU VERY CONFUSING AND MADE TO COST YOU MORE MONEY!!! Delivery too EXPENSIVE! Too Expensive for what you get NOT WORTH IT!First time food was Great! Have ordered 3 times since and utterly inconsistent! Beware of what your being charged also! Just ordered 1 combo plate at 13.95 and 1 order egg foo 10.95 young - total 34.50 ???? WTH ! There’s one woman who loves to overcharge and pays NO Attention to the prices on Menu she may be an owner.? Best and only time you should try it is over the weekend when other help is working due to being busy and also because the oil is fresh n clean on the weekend!

We ordered online and had our food delivered. There was a problem with the online website’s ordering system. However, when I called to inquire about the order the staff handled the problem very professionally although it was not their mistake (the online website for ordering is an outside company). After my phone call, the food was delivered promptly! It came hot and fresh and tasted amazing! I would love to include photos but it’s GONE! Lol This will definitely be a new go to place when my husband and I are craving Chinese takeout!
