This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The food is horrible too. Definitely different owners from before. Avoid this place.
This restaurant has declined in quality and service the last few years. Do not give this business your money. You wait 20 mins for a server to place your order. An hour and half later, the order is wrong. Of course, it's your fault. The food is terrible, overpriced and if you ask any questions they are bothered. They aren't kind to everyone, rather pick and choose who they deem worthy of their tolerance. The owner and staff are very rude and combative. If you want to be ignored, judged, served and treated like garbage.. Yamato is your place.
The place was phenomenal. Hands down some of the best sushi I’ve had ever. Was quick and not too harmful to your pocket either. 10/10 would recommend and go back anytime I’m in Leominster.
Went for Valentines day with no reservation. Got seated relatively quickly. Service was great. Food came out quick and delicious. Went back again 2 days later for lunch. Lunch prices are hard to beat. The Sashimi is cut extra thick, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
Sushi was great! A+Gyoza was good.Noodles had good flavor but the beef was terrible (fatty/chewy).The beef skewers were unedible (so tough).I'd go back just for the sushi.
Good sushi.Needs more heat in the winter. a little on the dirty side.the terrible way they get you water and soda. The appetizers were terrible..meat was chewy, fatty, and rubbery.
ordered take out, they said it would be 30-35 minutes, when i arrived 40 minutes later and paid for the food they still hadn’t begun the order. i waited for another 20 minutes and they acted like they never saw me and still hadn’t begun the order. poor customer service, also watched people who were trying to dine-in walk out after no waiter or waitress came to their table for 15 minutes.
I love Yamato Japan. Food has always been fresh and fabulous. Anything that I have gotten off the menu has just been delightful. I have been several times and will continue to go back!
I have eaten here for years, they have never had a bad day. Not a single piece of sushi has ever looked out of place and has always been perfectly plated, the quality is always top quality, not a single bone in the fish, nothing but absolute freshness. This is an amazing restaurant and a place you can trust to deliver an amazing meal everytime.
I was so disappointed because the reviews are amazing! I been to the Yamato in Boston and is always delicious but going to this location I don’t understand if it was a bad day the food tasted really bad I had hibachi dinner the rice had a funny smell and tasted bad i couldn’t eat it the chicken as well. I thought it was just me but the person I was with also said the same thing. Then the drinks the green tea tasted bad I don’t know if it was because the cup wasn’t clean well all I know I was so disappointed.
