Great food and the service was awesome
Today was the 2nd time we have left without ordering. We walked in and there were three young girls at the hostess stand…one literally had her chin in her hands leaning against the stand. We asked if we could just pick a seat in the bar area? We were told the 6 tops were for parties of 4 or more and the open two top was reserved. We were there to watch hockey and the only tables left were out of view of the tv. The bar was far from full and the girls did not care at all that we left. It’s unfortunate because we like the food, but customer service is not good.
Clam chowder is kind bitter don't like it almost taste like lemon in it don't care for it at all but they make pretty good onion rings
Great atmosphere and free popcorn! Love how enthusiastic the bartender was for 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday
Rude waiter!!!!! The attention to our table was horrible and it reflected on the tip. After I paid the bill at the bar because there was no other way to get the waiters attention, SHE (Elisha) proceeded to follow me to the table to complain about the tip. Let me add I have never experience a waiter complaining about a tip. Tips are voluntary not an obligation!!!I told her that it was because her service/attention was not good and she basically scream in front of everyone to never comeback to the restaurant. I guess she won, none of the people in my group will ever go back and share our experience.
My girlfriend and I went here on a whim when the wait at Texas Roadhouse was an hour. We’ve never been more satisfied with a last minute switch up. The service, drinks, atmosphere, music, food and prices are exceptional! The best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. And as picky customer service snobs, that’s saying a lot! This a must go! The bucket drinks were to die for! We will definitely become return customers to this establishment!
Maybe the best fries I've ever had. Menu is diverse but they definitely specialize in their panini's and fried food from what I've tried the 4 times I've visited.
Such a rude bartender. Met my girls here for a drink after work (also a bartender) and she didn’t acknowledge me for 20 mins. When she did she was very rude and I didn’t even get a drink because I was not giving her my money. Sad because I liked this place before tonight! My friends and I will not be returning
I love the food and drink here, don’t get me wrong. Awesome cooking and good pricing, as well as generous pours on the mixed drinks. The staff needs to be changed or retrained for the atmosphere or something though. Alone they fine, but they clearly dont like eachother, and evidence of that can be heard easily sitting at the bar. It takes the homey environment out of things and feels more like middle school than a restaurant at times.
