I went with a friend for dinner and to catch up. 1st time here. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Our waitress Kelly was a delight. She was friendly, attentive and made great recommendations. She is a definite asset. Looking forward to returning to try more of their great menu selections.
They said upstairs would be an hour wait but if we went downstairs no one was down there we’d get our food faster,…. There’s NO HEAT downstairs, unless you want to freeze don’t eat down there, also waited 1 1/2 hours to eat, it wasn’t faster!! …Also ordered a salad, a couple who came 15 mins after us got their food before us, bartender said that a salad can take longer to make???…Then the fix had a special a month prior and I tried to order it and the lady said no .. a special is a one and done … it was a simple burger…. Why introduce a special and get people to like it if you won’t make it again? … bad for business, you should be more about your customers. I never have a bad experience at restaurants, but this one was just awful.
My husband and I had lunch here for the first time. The food was amazing. We ordered the Poutine appetizer which is the best we tasted since my last trip to Canada. So yummy. I had a Caesar salad and my husband ordered the Spicy Tuna Burger with onion rings, everything was delicious. We would highly recommend and will be back in the near future.
Possibly the best burgers I’ve ever had. Consistent too. Heads up that the crinkle pickles are normal dill pickles, while the plain pickles are house made with a very light dill flavor. Wish they’d bring back the Be Hoppy meal!
Service great...food was ok. Burger was plain. Puntine was good...clobs of cheese curds. Fries were good.
Burgers were good, onion rings very good. Not a fan of the chip fries, should have salt on them. Overall not bad, will definitely eat there again
This is a nice burger joint with a bar. Courtney D was dynamite as my waitress. The place was clean and has plenty of seating. The burgers are limited on the menu, but they are inventive, and their are plenty of toppings.
The food was good. Service was lacking a bit. It wasn't busy, maybe 2 or 3 other groups. We sat outside where there was 1 other group. I understand "sections" and needing to follow a rotation when it's busy but when it's dead instead of seating your guests basically on top of the only other group in the area why not let them choose where they would like to sit? Just a suggestion especially when dealing with customers in a setting such as today's events.We had apps, burgers, drinks and desert. It wasn't till our waitress figured out that we were drinkers that she became more attentive.I am a consumer that expects a certain level of attention and am willing to pay for it. I left a HEFTY tip as an investment on my next visit. No doubt the waitress will remember me and no doubt she will be more attentive.Hopefully you earn that 5th star next time.
Amazing burger. Had the wagyu burger with truffle aioli. Nachos were amazing too. Would def come back!
Very positive place.Cheery atmosphere, great staff, good food.The burgers are great, and the kitchen is pretty quick. I got the Phenomenal burger, which had egg, chili sauce, frizzled onion, smoked gouda and i added truffle aioli to it for only $0.50.The wine selection is okay, and there's not much cider, but what they do have is pretty good. There's also a bistro outside where you can sit if the weather's nice, and big bay windows to enjoy if it's not.
