Very great bread. The best. Love the cinnamon butter. Great customer service. Steaks good but not independent steakhouse quality. Everything had too much salt. Fries are really good. We will be back.

We were a party of 3 with mixed reviews on the food. My prime rib was cooked perfectly, my husband's pork chops were dry and our friend's ribeye was unevenly cooked. In defense of the kitchen, the place was slammed with graduations and birthdays. Our server Hailey was top notch, didn't miss a beat and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Overall a great visit.
May 22nd, 3:20pm, parking lot was half full, and it wasn't busy inside. It was 94° outside. We were a party of 7 adults and a 1yr old. They don't take reservations. We were coming from a memorial service for a family member. We were told it would be 20-30 minutes, and we would have to wait outside( 2 adults aged 60 and 70). 45 minutes later, we were told it would be just a few minutes. 15 minutes later, and watching a group of 6 walking in and being seated, I was told, and I quote," I don't know what to tell ya, unless you want to split up"... and we left.Clearly this establishment either can't seat parties larger than 6, or they figured if they made us wait long enough in the heat, we would leave.Never fear...Longhorn for the win! Just down the road, had no problem accommodating larger group. And their staff is nice. I won't be bothering with Texas roadhouse again.
We went out as a family on 5/14 to dine. I have to say this was one of my BEST experiences in a long time. The staff was friendly from the folks that seated us to just walking to and from the rest room. Our server Erin was a totally rocked! She was upbeat and attentive. Even let me live on the edge with Lemon AND Lime in my soda water! Great job and props to Erin for a job well done!
This is a great place to bring a family with younger kids. Picking at peanuts and rolls before the meal keeps the young ones happy, and the food is very kid-friendly. Being able to sink into the corner of a big booth is great for kids who love the boisterous nature of the restaurant but also get overstimulated easily.Service at the Leominster location is great, and the food is cooked well. They were happy to let me customize my order to meet both my taste and medical needs.
Went there for my kids 17th birthday. Everything was excellent. One of my kids ordered the sirloin steak and being fussy had it returned back to the kitchen as he thought it was a Tad undercooked. Both times they took.it back with a smile. Upon paying the bill, we noticed they took of the price if the sirloin steak without us even asking..ceriantly wasnt expecting that as he finished the steak and was most statisfied. thank-you!!
My son and I both had the country fried steak. I had it with the cream gravy. I was impressed with the quality of the food, and the price wasn't bad. The waitstaff was good too.. We will definitely be back.
