Quick service, friendly staff, food was good but not quite as fresh as it could have been. Still good enough that I will go back though.

Ordered a steak chalupa and these guys put two pieces of steak on either end of the taco and filled the rest of it with beef. I mean you can't make this up. If it would let me add a picture to this comment I would. Terrible service, used to be good back in the day now it's just horrible. 3/4 times will get your food wrong. And I was the only person in line so it wasn't busy and it was 9:30pm so no excuses. Just sad

This place is the worse, order via doordash, $32 for a $10 order, missing one slushy, the food was ALL incorrect, placed the exact same order payed another $10 dollars and picked it up, explained the very unprofessional “manager” I got $8 for the original food and attitude from the manager, staying away from this place, doordash is expensive, I should of gottencredit for $32 not $8, oh I still came home without a slushy ,order was accepted twice for and they knew the machine to make it was broken.HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS AND FRAUDULENT SALE OF PRODUCTS THEY KNOW AHEAD THEY CANNOT MAKE!

it's been amount 20 minutes since I left this Taco Bell store. I was here with my wife, my 7 month old son, my wife's friend and her son of 9 months as well. I'm extremely disappointed that my wife's friend was told to "get out of my face" by an employee. She was asking for the large cup we had paid for and didn't receive because they had been busy. Keep in mind we were dinning inside. He also proceeded to the notion of shewing someone away towards my wife's friend. We paid for our food and since we no longer felt like staying there because of the unnecessary treatment we eat back home to find half the order we paid for is missing. Unfortunate. Not to mention no one was there at the front registers for people that may have had a disability and couldn't use the means of electronic tablet ordering. Disappointed in this location and it's clear they need an overhaul on workers if they can't train them the correct way. Disgusted.

This place sucks. I should’ve known this was going to be bad when I walked in and there were people waiting for over 20 minutes. Granted, short staffing is understandable as is stress. They forgot to give me my cup, which I am totally fine with and simply asked for it. The worker there who clearly doesn’t work well under pressure stated to my friend, “there you go. Goodbye. Shew shew” as he did a hand gesture shooing us away. Not to mention he didn’t hand the cup over, he shoved it. Bad days happen, stress happens, but being a garbage human being for no reason is inexcusable.Do better.

Two days in a row I went to taco bell yesterday around 8:30 pm the young man at the window told me his manager said not to take anymore orders because they were closed but they signed said they closed at 9 she was being rude to him he had to be no more then 16 17 years old. It's outrageous that I come back around at 11:45 or 12 o'clock and they're still open walking around the store doing anything ? ? where are they young lady that worked here a few weeks ago

If I could give 0 stars I would! This location is supposed to be open till 10 pm, and we arrived at 8:45 pm. When we got to the drive-thru, the guy on the intercom said they're closing (before we could even put in our order.) I said "I thought you were open till 10?" To which he replied "we're closing early cause we have no staff." It was in the RUDEST tone! It wasn't even 9 pm, which I imagine they would have been closing at 9 (an hour earlier!) Who closes at 8:45? Why even answer the intercom if you're closing? He was nasty, clearly didn't want our business, and was not going to serve us tonight. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to taco bell, lesson learned, I won't be coming back to this location.

I haven’t had 1 order from here where something isn’t either missing or wrong.

Third time In a row getting attitudes from the people working there and then also getting the wrong food. One time getting a single taco instead of my box and then refusing to do anything about this. Stay away from this Taco Bell they do not monitor their employees and the employees don’t care about the food or the customer. All in all a terrible experience honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to tbh

Extremely poor management clearly leading to a poor customer experience. I personally waited literally 30 minutes for an order... while the two I interacted with were pleasant, part of my order was completely missing and the person at the window just spent the ten minutes I was waiting at said window playing on her phone... Meanwhile there were ten cars behind me. I am writing this review taking the national labor situation into account, too.
