Never been to such a slow Starbucks before. If you like waiting in line for 40 minutes while you wait for your 1 coffee, then Leominster Starbucks is for you.
Would be decent if just a coffee wasn't 6+ dollars and you didn't get over charged for any additions.
We spent 30 minutes, yes, 3-0 minutes at 12:30pm in the drive through waiting for 2 coffees and 2 baked goods. Waited in the line behind other ppl, then waited at the window. We asked to see the manager, who said they're really busy and we could call corporate to complain. Then when we got our food, it was squished in the bag, maybe because we complained, maybe because they had no one on food counter? Ppl were getting out of their cars IN line to go inside!!! Never going to this spot.
The female manager who works here named Dale is extremely rude and toxic. Not only to customers but even more so to her employees. I’ve witnessed her being extremely disrespectful to her employees. Yelling at them giving them terrible attitudes saying extremely rude things when she doesn’t get things done her way. Starbucks is suppose to be a very respectful tolerable work place but she is not making that way and I suggest Starbucks looks into some new management.
The dining area is bright and spacious. There is also outdoor seating and a drive through. Friendly baristas and yummy croissants?
For what it's worth I had a brownie, no coffee. The brownie was excellent can't say much else. You either like Starbucks or you don't
It seems like they can’t order enough products so when I order on the app I get my drink half made because they are missing half the stuff to make it ??♀️ Been going on for months, don’t offer on the app if the product isn’t available
Willing to bet the drive thru mic doesn't work great. Took a few times for them to hear me right.
Great coffee. Just like I like it. Very morning while I stay in Leominster. Since the coffee at the hotel was horrible. Thank you all who served me.
The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Also my drink wasn't totally full.
