I have been a few times in the morning now on my way to work. I am always optimistic. Unfortunately; and I did mention it at the window politely and said I was not after a refund. The bagels are now; 3 times as hard as rocks and they never put any butter on or it is dripping through the bag. The orange juice I got last week was out of date. I really wanted this to work out and I am sorry to have to post this but it seems to be a trend with many customers. Get rid of the stale and out of date products. I wont be back. Sterling Ice Cream bar is right down the road and out of the world

Food was not hot. It was barely room temp. Coffee was sweet enough to give me diabetes
Don’t waste your time! The food and coffee suck, and they have terrible customer service! Just all around terrible place! Better off going to Dunkin’ Donuts up the road, unfortunately! It’s that bad.

Fresh baked goods are not available here. They have day old muffins which are dried out for $3.00. Definitely not worth it.
My four year old asks to go to "Robots Cafe" and get a donut. Great sandwiches, muffins, and truly great donuts in many varieties.

Worst food ever. Bad customer service. Don’t go over there. Find a Dunkin’ Donuts.
