Quality and Service is terrible. I just order at the drive thru and waited in line, when I got to the window they told me cash only and I would have to go in. I went in and had to reorder, I could not understand the person taking my order because she would not look up at me while talking. I had to go over my order 3 times. When I got home 2 sides were missing from my order and the 5 piece tender that I ordered barely had 2 full pieces of chicken. The order was almost $50. This is unacceptable!
Paid a lot of money for foreign objects to be in my food does anyone know what this is . Called at least 10 times but it goes to answer machine check your food before leaving honestly feel sick to my stomach after this
Disappointed with service every single time. Went today, they were only accepting cash, not usually a problem tofay I had just enough cash on me. I also waited 15 mins in the drive thru. Got out of drive thru and only had 1 thing of silverware when I should of got two, and didn’t get my sauce I requested either. Previous times always greeted and they never have any of the items they want. This time they did but the experience through the drive thru was not the greatest. I find it unfortunate because their food is usually very good but the service is always awful. Hopefully service becomes better overtime and people pay a little more attention to customers orders/needs.
Will NEVER go back there again. #1. Every time I have gone there they are our of nuggets & almost aleays tenders!! I asked for mild tenders this time they give me hot!! We order 2 3pc snacks of tenders received with NO biscuit and 1 order was tenders other was leg, thigh n breast!!!! Had to go back. Person at window was very rude!! Told us we should check bag before leaving!!! Also asked for sweet n sour sauce was told chicken fil a has that!!! Very rude n unprofessional place!!!!!!
All I can say is it's Popeyes!! Finally found this one. Fair priced, good deals and even better ones if you order on the app and pick up! Mild or spicy are your options but either way it's Louisiana chicken and seafood.
Longest wait for 1 meal 45 minutes that's ridiculous not worth the wait so disappointed. Whole rack was full of chicken not that hard to put the chicken and fries in a box a monkey could do it faster then they could. Then I dont even get the right chicken I get wings instead of tenders.
This was my first time at a Popeye’s & it didn’t disappoint. The quality of food & customer service were great. John & his team provided great service to my baseball team as about 20 of us came in at once. They did not seem overwhelmed & served us all well. Thank you all!!!
This Popeye's location is horrible! If there were an option for zero stars I would choose it. I swear the four and five star ratings listed here are paid for or left by employees.I'm not sure if it is staff incompetence or Popeye's policy to never have food available, but every time I have gone to Popeye's for dinner, they have nothing but bone-in chicken available. This means that a chicken restaraunt has no tenders, no sandwiches, no seafood options (which I don't eat) and half the time out of most sides. When I have asked the staff on many occasions as to why they run out of food so often, I have received different responses, most with a very defensive attitude. I am told that the restaraunt had a high volume of customers so they ran out of food. I have been told that they have chicken tenders but they are frozen because they hadn't realized that they ran out. I have also been told that I am coming through the drive-thru too late at 8:00PM.Is this the proper way to run a business? Is this how we train employees to handle situations when asked why a chicken restaraunt runs out of chicken nightly? Is it okay to tell a paying customer that they are eating too late and shouldn't expect to have food available when the restaraunt closes at 10:00PM, two hours after you arrived? For the amount of food that Popeye's seems to make in a day, they should be closing at 6:00PM. This place is a complete waste of time and so are the employees. Get your chicken from some place else that actually makes enough to last throughout the day/night.
I love Popeyes as a brand, but supporting this location gets harder and harder everytime I go there. I got a Spicy Flounder Fish Sandwich. I wanted Cole Slaw originally with it but they were out. I asked for the Honestly Mac & Chesse as a second choice: out. All they had was the fries and the red beans with rice. So I got the fries.The fries was the best thing about my meal. My sandwich had nearly no condiments. Nearly no sauce, no pickles, no lettuce. It was also barely lukewarm. I had to put it in the microwave when I got home.Its not even worth the effort to go back and ask for a new meal or a refund. Sad really as I like to see this location thrive, but unfortunately the quality of food and service is always subpar at best here.
I felt bad interrupting the employee who was clearly annoyed he had to stop texting to help me. Who then continued to text and sat there with his arms crossed while I repeated my order 4x. Not to worry, not like they have ANYTHING that’s on the menu. Not a single sandwich available. And it doesn’t really matter what you order because clearly they’ll just give you what they feel like. Seeing as Mac and cheese = Cajun fries Then just in case you had any hope of enjoying the few tenders you were able to get, they’ll not only ignore your sauce request but make you wait 2 business days for someone at the counter to acknowledge you who is also not able to hear me because he has both headphones in talking on the phone. And then when he does? Don’t worry they have BBQ sauce or sweet heat. That’s it.First time here. Definitely my last.
