I was just recently in there for dinner. It took forever to get someone to take our order. Then we sat waiting for it and while we were waiting a manager and I guess a new hire were sitting talking pretty loudly to the point I could hear EVERYTHING. Not very professional at all. I did learn ALOT. Like their reviews for the most part are fake. The manager said if they get a certain star every month everybody gets a bonus and when people don't leave a review they then have a staff member go and rate as anomous, so that everyone gets a bonus that month. Also, the manager had ALOT to say about all the employees and managers. Some were nice but most were very negative. She told the new hire that she only wanted them to train under her so it would be done the right way. Plus a bunch of other things that didn't sit well with me. Now that I know alot of this I probably won't go back which is a shame because I like Papa Gino's and there aren't many left. Hopefully from this review, they turn their customer service around.
It was ok. They got the order right and service was quick but it's just the over all quality of papa Gino's seems to have gone down hill through the years.
Sometimes I’ll get a pizza out of convenience when I don’t want to wait , etc. papa ginos has been around for a long time and it’s because their pizzas are always pretty consistent ; dough is good , marinara sauce for dipping is very good !All in all. A good pizza when you want one !
Papa Ginos will always be my favorite pizza. Staff were friendly, food was good. Only complaint was that several tables were either sticky or had crumbs on them.
The pizza is always good here. Most pizza chains don’t have good pizza but Papa Gino’s does. Also love the plain wings and the breadsticks.

I love there food, it's a feeling of being a kid again and I will always grab a pizza when I'm near one. Papa Gino's bring back fried ravioli.
Best kept hidden gem is ordering the Tuna Pocket and French Fries. The homemade pocket is really tasty an with a delicate chew. Tuna salad is not overly dressed. Add your own voices. I like lettuce and onion. The fries are just plain ole fries: no extra seasonings just great crispy on the outside and soft potatoes on the inside. A meal that 2 can share.
I've probably eaten pizza in every state and 5 countries. These people rock. When delivered I didn't get napkins. You're gonna need them. The sausage was fantastic. Vegetables we great. I got it with everything. And extra sause . I'm not much on crust. I think crust is a delivery method ?. But I ate it all. Thnx. Door dash for throwing it around.
