We had opted for curbside pickup, we arrived later than informed in the app, we gave our vehicle info, parked in a marked spot for curbside and clicked ‘im here’. Ten minutes later my boyfriend decided to go inside because we were waiting a while. There were several employees not busy, yet he had to wait in line just for the employee to check the pickup shelf that our curbside for whatever reason had been ready and was sitting there. That just frustrates me. Food is also overpriced, spent $30 and my food is lukewarm because it had been sitting for what i can only assume to be 10+ minutes. Basically employees are nice when they get to you in line but wont go out of their way when they are not super preoccupied.

Service is always waaaay too slow. Door dashing for Panera was always a bad time too. They definitely don't do the right amount of food portions that they should. Always barely half a bowl of anything I've ordered in the past. Over priced.

Always a great place for coffee, tea, sweet treats, soups and sandwiches. You cannot beat the monthly coffee club if you are anywhere near a Panera’s !

Well i Was having a somewhat of a rough day when i stopped in panera bread in leominster and Shift leader Christine happened to take my order and make my latte and she really turned my day around she was so nice and went above and beyond what she was even expected to do!!!!!! Made my day Thankyou Christine!!!!!!!!

Got two sandwiches. Bread is warm and has crust. Loving it.. would come here again

Food is fantastic. But the fact that my coffee was missed with my lunch order. And then was the wrong size even with the order was stuck to it was annoying. The woman told me I got what I paid for. She needs to study the sizes. I get the same thing all the time. It wasn't the right size, and didn't match up with what was on the receipt. Even when I showed her. Granted they were very busy, I did point it out and was told I'm wrong. The customer isn't always right.. but, I certainly was.

Stuff is great you can either order through the kiosk or through a staff member services prompt and orderly restaurant is extremely clean.

Placed mobile order for curbside pickup and arrived early. Followed all Panera messaging and procedures. Food wasn't ready until 20 minutes after scheduled time, and then it was never brought out. Had to go inside and request my order from clerk because it wasn't even in the Rapid Pickup area for easy access. Won't return. Leominster has plenty of good restaurants that get your food to you while still hot. If you read reviews (like I should have!) you'll see this is a regular problem with this location. Athens Pizza and TC Landos always do a good job.

If I could give a Zero star I would. This particular Panera's customer service is the worst one I ever experienced. Ordered $80 and the delivery person delivered my meal elsewhere. I called Panera calmly the first time and informed them I have not received my order. The staff member that picked up the phone not only had me repeat the order 4 times and then said rudely "I don't know who delivered it" puts me on hold and forgot I was on hold picks up as if I were a new caller. Then tells me "we are not responsible" I said ok then please tell me who is for me to call, hangs up. I called this time upset and said "who is the person that delivered my food" she again said "I don't know my manager said it's not our problem" At this point I'm highly upset and asked to speak to the manager. She hangs up. I called again the Manager picks up with an immediate attitude which got me more upset. She then tells me "you need to slow it down" because I was speaking too fast and with some volume. I am a Regional Manager in customer service and never will I have ever answered a call from a customer that way. I would first emphasize that I understand your frustration and how can I help or assist you. Had she listened and answered my question as to whom delivered my order, I wouldn't be writing a review. I would have called the correct place and went from there. She is lucky I am not the Karen kind to personally go to Panera and waste my time driving there to yell in her face.... The customer is not always right but treat them with respect initially and listen to their concern and as a manager try to resolve and not act as an unprofessional by taking it personal, yelling and hanging up. I called Grubhub and Doordash and got my answer from Doordash who did not send notifications of my delivery. Nonetheless Doordash gave me a great customer experience I did not have to yell. They know how to deescalate. Who ever oversees this manager and staff at this Panera should look into retraining on customer service skills and how to deescalate a situation. Train them on the customer initially is calling for assistance with their issue not create an unnecessary unprofessional standoff with them. It's not all Panera, this site obviously did not retain anything from Customer Service 101 trainings. The Panera in Danvers MA and Swampscott MA are A1 and very professional and clean. Thank you, not sure if I am wasting my time writing this review as well. Just wanted to make Panera aware. I'm not looking for an apology, discount of any sort or that you fire your employees as times are rough.... What I am highly recommending is TRAINING.

Placed a curbside pickup order (where it says they’re supposed to bring it out to your car…) and they never brought it out to me. Workers were not understaffed or busy they just left my order on the counter inside when they could’ve easily brought it out, which is a part of their job. Get rid of the curbside pick up and drop off parking spots if you are not going to bring it out to the customer.
