T-bone steak with broccoli and sweet potatoe. Wonderful taste and cooked to perfection. Side salad to start and a strawberry shortcake to finish. 4.6/5!
Service sucked. Took at least 10 mins sitting at table before anyone came. Took another 8 mins or so for our drinks.Asked for refill during meal but never received till she asked another 30 minutes later.Ordered steak tip which was yummy but missing the mushrooms.Ordered a baked potato with butter on the side but got mashed with butter on it.This was corrected.
We have reservations in another restaurant and we have a bad experience. They rush us and we leave without eating. We call long horn and they reserve for us a table. Our waitress safe our night. Excellent customer service. She was fun and did her job. The food was so good. On point! We enjoy our family dinner.
Good place to go for a basic meal with a non alcoholic drink. Their mixed drink menu is very limited. Need to get into the 21st century and seriously update their drink menu. While at it they should expand their food menu, I get it has the word steakhouse in their name but not everyone in your party may want steak. At that point the menu becomes very limited. Staff was very friendly and food was very good just needs a serious update and rebrand.
Very friendly and very good service!! Excellent lunch and prices! Go more than once or twice to see for yourself.The lunch hostess is so good at what she does.Good seating and sone quite cozy spots to dine. Come and see!
Great service!!! The only reason for 3 stars is my steak was not cooked,they took it back and the cook butterflied the steak and when it came back it was cooked but very dry. The staff was great about ...without asking they didn't charge me for the steak. In defense of this particular longhorns this is the first and only time anything bad happened,love the place
Everything is great except the steak... And it's a Steak House. Several different diners experiences were similar with disappointing cuts and quality of steak (too much fat, tendons, tough grade). Of note, everything else was above averageService was excellent, other food above average, but for a place that calls itself a steak house that is more expensive than other steakhouses in the area including The Outback, and The Texas Roadhouse. I was hoping not to need a sharper knife to get through my meal. Was hoping for better experience @longhorns.
If you want a great Steak and friendly atmosphere. This is the place. Desserts ? are too die for.
This is our favorite place where everyone knows your name! From Angel the hostess always smiling, to the staff knowing your drinks without having to ask, to the General Manager who truly cares about every employee, every customer, every dish that leaves the kitchen, to the take out crew you can't go wrong! Excellent food, fair prices, portions are great, food is fresh and hot and the atmosphere is fantastic.
I really hate leaving this review because longhorn is really one of our go to places for a quick,good meal when I don't feel like cooking and it is also one restaurant that my whole family agrees which never happens. LSS, I ordered three Ribeye steak dinners 2 we're to be cooked medium well with double mashed potatoes, the 3rd which was mine was ordered medium. My children's two steaks were well done and they had a black char on one side of the steak. When I opened it I was just like wow what is this. Anyway I ordered mine and it was heavy medium well. The steak have a touch of pink if that. Like I said we never have been to the leominster restaurant before but we frequent others in Central Mass. We took it back home to Worcester and we were starving granted the restaurant was not that busy but it was about 9:15 when we ordered and the restaurant closes at 10:00. There were several other cars in the curbside area and coming and going. I spend so much money in that restaurant and this was the first time excuse me while second time I've ever had an issue I'm so disappointed this was the worst yet. I don't even know if I should contact the restaurant or not because nothing will probably be done except they lose a very loyal value customer over this. I didn't go to Applebee's to get my steak I went to Longhorn STEAKHOUSE! I would appreciate some type of response maybe that would make me feel better.Thank youA.Sahin
