Trash customer service and way over priced. They need to learn to treat their customers better. Very disappointing

I ordered some chicken pad Thai from here tonight and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls are deep fried- which was not what I was hoping as spring rolls are traditionally fresh. Chicken pad Thai was awful. Bland and had an almost sour flavor. I informed them when I placed the order that I only had a $50 for my food. It came to $16 something and when I handed the driver my money he tried to walk away. I asked him for change and was expecting to give him a tip but as expected, he did not have change. He again tried to leave with my money but I told him to come back around with the proper change to which he wasn’t pleased. Pretty poor service all around and will not order again.
Ordered here many times and had excellent food. Tonight the food was unacceptable. The food was all burnt. Hair in my fried rice. The duck sauce they give in the cup was super runny like they added water. Almost $50 for what ended up mostly in the trash.
First and last time ordering from this establishment. Waited nearly two hours for an order that never arrived. Called after the first hour and was told that the driver was on his way. Cancelled order upon nearing the second hour.
The food is pretty good here but it’s the serving sizes that really make it 100% worthwhile. Every time I have ordered here they have given me enough food to last about 3-4 meals and it’s great! On top of that they have really great prices!
I'm honestly disappointed. We got more rice than the meat we had ordered. Rice was okay. But the ribs I got barely had any flavor.
Prices have gone up but the food is delicious. At least they make everything fresh.The customer service is very good Everytime I go there. I get my grandmother food here when we want lunch.I highly recommend the beef teriyaki. It's tender and fresh. So good.

Absolutely good for a quick Chinese food dinner. I just moved here from NY and tried 2 other places before Jade but I wasn’t as satisfied with those places. This place reminds me of the place next to my old house growing up I used to get from all the time.
