I visited this location on 25 June, and I can only compliment the staff as they were friendly and attentive. The food, on the other hand, was not that great; I wish I would have walked the extra 800ft to Wendy’s that down the road. I ordered the bacon burger, and that’s where I will leave it! I’m sure this restaurant chain is known for its ice cream and other desserts!
Really nostalgic place for me and not a lot of them open. They recently just redid the whole menu and it's hard to choose everything sounds so good. Don't forget to leave room for ice cream!
Went yesterday for lunch, my Mom wanted a classic patty melt. I warned her as we got there to lower her expectations… usually All Friendly’s are slow & service is mediocre.NOT YESTERDAY!!!!!!!Chrissy, our server was SO good, informative, knew the menu items, extremely attentive. She even had me sign up for rewards on the app & I enjoyed a free sundae. Food was amazing, so many new menu items. Sounds crazy, but I had beef stroganoff….. yes, stroganoff. It was Delicious!Thank You Chrissy for restoring our love of Friendly’s
Went tonight simply to pick up an order for doordash. Waited 15 for the front counter to help 3 other people that came in and barged up to the counter but didn’t help any customers in line. (There was about 4 other people in line waiting patiently) The manager was on an ego trip and called the police on a woman who supposedly waited over an hour for a pickup order and wanted a refund. Wasn’t expediting food or directing other employees but was instead being completely unprofessional to multiple customers. As everyone else just watched like is happening. Waited 30 minutes and left empty handed as he caused a scene when the police arrived. If I could give zero stars I would.
Lots of great menu items. Just had the beef brisket and it was delicious. The French fries are particularly good, nice and light not greasy. We have been going more often. Wait staff great too.
Great food and great customer service. I went there Wednesday night and my server was very nice and accommodating. They seem super short staffed but are making the best of it and doing a AMAZING JOB. Huge shout out to friendlys for giving us all the best ice cream.
Not a great experience. Walking in the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm and stuffy. It was extremely busy and we had to wait for a table. Which is fine but, we waited 10 minutes and watch food just sitting on food service station not being served out ? lukewarm food...no thank you. We decided to leave and go somewhere else for dinner.
I'm normally a patient man, we arrived at 7:30pm. Restaurant wasn't very busy only 5 tables seated and we were shown right in to a table. The hostess returned and gave us our beverages and said a server would be over. 7:57 waitress finally wandered over to take our order. I am attempting to entertain 4 kids while waiting for food. Kids are whining and hungry. 8:39 food arrived! Kids not concerned about lack of utensils and start burying faces in plates. 8:49 utensils arrived! My food room temperature at this point and my sanity is slipping. I try to set an example for my barbaric progeny on proper etiquette. Restaurant closes at 9pm. I wolf down new taco noodles in a frozen cheese mess. Hunger is a spice all its own. I've had worse food and service but not by much. Family restaurants should be quicker to prevent kids from too much boredom. Service shouldn't take so long that food is cold on arrival. Very frustrating experience and Kids couldn't even have ice cream included in meal prices because place was closing. Not returning again
I've been coming for lunch alot in the last few weeks and I love it. Love the girls during the week. Service is always fast (chrissy, brit, dani), food is always hot and half the time looks like it belongs in food magazine ? the new beef stroganoff is my favorite! Props to the chef.Sometimes it's a little busier than other times, but the general manager is always on her feet and helping the team push through. All while making so many people smile! I went here the other day and I loved it so much before, but I went up to get seated and this girl named gianna was giving me so much attitude. I was absolutely disgusted, she looked improper and she was so rude. I cannot believe you would hire someone like her.
