It must take amazing skills to mess up my order every single time without fail, not even exaggerating. DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS DRIVE TO THE NEXT ONE !!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely would recommend this dunkins. I was served very cheerfully, was asked repeatedly if my order was correct and had a wonderful customer service experience today. The woman who waited on me was very pleasant, courteous and respectful.

Ridiculous on how they can't make coffee I've been going there the last year. I do order ahead im fully aware it's the busy time when I order so I give them a half hour to make my coffee it's either wrong or not there and I still have to wait! Today they wanted proof I ordered my coffee when I gave them the proof the girl had to keep going on about how people steal coffee and proceeded to take another 10 min to make my coffee for the money you pay for coffee now they should really train there employees better in customer service I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else !
Can't say enough about their lce Coffee. Food is wicked good also.

I'd give no stars if I could. Management was HORRENDOUS to their staff, I stood around waiting for my coffee after already getting my sandwich! I asked the manager who was standing around talking down about his employees to help with my coffee & instead of making it he tells me they're working on it & has the poor front girl make it. I told him I wanted him to make it because he was standing around doing nothing.
I ordered from my DD app and when I got to the drive up they didn't have my donuts I ordered and when I got home 1 of my cups was not what I ordered , I got a large hot tea but received a coffee with some cream in it which ended up getting dumped down the sink. It wasn't worth my time to drive back to this DD which was clear across the city. It seems DD doesn't care about getting it right only making you leave the window for the next person. I ordered correct because it was on the tag on the cup. Is it really that hard to make you the correct drink that I paid over 3 bucks for. Is it.
They can't make a nice bagel it was hard and I had to put cream cheese on myself never again will I buy a bagel here
