To this day domino's has the best thin crust pizza...and the lava cakes are great!!
This Domino's is absolutely awful! I understand that places are short staffed but it shouldn't take over an hour to make and deliver something. There's a lack of communication between store and customer when this happens. This is now the second or third time this store has taken too long on an order. Will not be ordering again from this location.
One of my favorite features about this place is how late they're open. Perfect for late night pizza. Our food is also always ready very quickly.
You guys got people pressing the wrong buttons on their screens and making customers pay more money for their mistakes. Watch out for that because other people won’t be all happy with that happening.
I decided to do a pick up which I haven’t done in a long time every time I order from the Central St., Domino’s thin crust pizza I always get a burger or barely any cheese or barely any items that I chosen I’ve taken a picture justice place so people can see what I’m talking about Hunter is the person that was preparing my pizza and that’s why I believe that whatever name is put out there should hold the responsibility and he needs to be retrained because I don’t believe that a thin crust should be burnt I’ve been eating thin crust pizza from Domino’s places and other places for quite a long time but this place seems to like to burn their pizza sorry truth is the truth and I’m only across the street, I believe that they took their time in joking around instead of doing what they need to do. Last time I ordered was two years ago now I remember why I didn’t order from here I hope they do change and I hope they get better because this is the one Domino’s around our area don’t take advantage of that Domino’s. Good luck hopefully things will change.
awful i ordered it said guaranteed by 25 mins an hour later i went an the kid said oh well we been busy so it just went in the oven when i showed him the guaranteed some before 5:52 he again said oh well it was just put in the oven over 45 after i ordered an it’s for pick up
it's no use having a website to place orders if the pizzas don't come out the way we ordered, I ordered a chicken pizza with bacon, they sent me a cheese pizza it was still cold. Horrible worst experience I have ever had.
Ordered 2 identical specialty pizzas and one shows up with the wrong crust, missing toppings, and the extra toppings I paid $2 for were missing on most slices. Second pizza has correct crust and toppings but the dough wasn't cooked all the way through. How does this even happen?
I love Dominos pizza and I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and everyone is short staffed but that's no excuse for the lack of communication between the store and it's customers. I ordered delivery the other day and an hour later I still hadn't received my food so I call the store and offered to just pick it up to make it easier for them and the employee who answered the phone was rude and then proceeded to tell me I could do that but my food would not be ready for another 2 hours. I would have thought that if it was going to take that long we'll over three hours for food then the website or at least the dominos app would state that. But I guess that would be asking to much of a multi million dollar company. Do better dominos
Good, cheap pizza. Not my go-to place, but great for when you need pizza in a pinch. Service is great.
