This was an absolutely awful experience. It was not busy in there at all but was still absolutely filthy. The table we were sat at felt sticky and unwashed. There were still multiple tables empty with half eaten food everywhere which probably should have been our sign to get out. Our server took forever to come to our table each time and seemed to be distracted and gossiping with the other server. Ordered the loaded nachos and they were incredibly disappointing- out of sour cream, and it looks like they attempted to add a single jalapeño slice and lathered the whole thing in tomato. Left still hungry and not satisfied. I wanted to get a milkshake but decided against it after seeing the condition the milkshake station was behind the counter.
First time visiting a couple weekends ago. Definitely would not hesitate to go back. The place was pretty full, we didn't wait long for a seat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was awesome and just how we ordered it. The staff definitely bring the experience over the top. Already looking forward to my next visit.
I've been here a few times on my own and for the most part the service and food was great. I treat myself once a week here when I can after work. I go mostly for the lunch items and appetizers.
May112022. 1126pm Leominister, MA location.Tonight was my worst Denny's experience. There were barely any customers there. I was the only one placing a order. I specifically empasized I wanted crispy hash browns. But instead I got barely defrost ones. The worker had a smurk, while telling me dining area is closed after 11. Yet there were no signs saying that. Basically she had me waiting 20mins in my car for a subpar meal. Ridiculous.
I went here with my brother around 9am and it wasn't as packed. We were seated as soon as we went in.Our waitress was amazing and was so kind. I am almost fully deaf and she understood I read lips, so she accommodated for me.The food was delicious, thankfully they remade the toast for me.Dennys and the workers makes sure that every customer has a pleasant experience and eats with full satisfaction.I will be eating her again eventually. I hope that waitress gets a raise or bonus because she is a rarity.
4/24/2022 22:48A 24 hour Denny's, After travelling well over 6 1/2 hours after traffic from New Jersey and settling down into our local area hotel, we were rather horrified by the disrespect and attitude of the two women in the following attachment who should promptly be removed from this location for the lack of any ability to handle a situation. I under stand that you have one cook, I understand situations are stressful. What is out of line is when you are disrespectful with a smile on your face in a brutal attempt to push people out of your restaurant because your don't feel like taking on one more table, after standing at the host stand, we slid into the corner booth near the door as I have a bad back and cannot stand for a long time. After of which the one waitress mentioned with a smile that they were short staffed and apologized for the wait which we never had an issue with and all replied with smiles that it was great! Her angry mutters about our "inability to wait 5 minutes" while agressive mashing her tabs into the computer, the other girl however decided to ask us to then leave our booth reminding us of the "10-15 minute wait" and asked us to sit on the bench by the door where we researched other places to eat while remembering why Denny's has the rather "trashy" reputation it does, I'm sure you've seen enough brawl videos in a Denny's restaurant. Needless to say, it was a very clear, obvious known move from a server to try to convince us to go elsewhere - from a 24HR diner, one of the only open places in the area currently. What a shame. People just have lost decency.
The place was clean and appeared newly updated. They had new menus. The prices haven't gone up much. The server was friendly and the food was really good. We went mid-day on a Tuesday so it was dead, which was nice. I wouldn't try to come on a weekend morning since the line is out the door.
I took my cousin there at 8:00 AM Saturday. Was not busy. We were acknowledged by a woman that only did so by seating us at a booth to the left when you walk in since I wanted to be away from people. Waitresses walked by we had no smile, nor any talk from any of the staff. After 10 minutes of being ignored. We left. Sooo doesn't matter how good the food might be but if your waitstaff sucks, then close the doors.
I would have liked it better if the crew wore their masks properly. Seeing one cough and actually move her mask away from her face while coughing made me leave. Most of them wore their masks around their chin exposing both their mouth and nose. So sad that they can't put their customers lives above their need to rebel against a simple mask. Probably won't go there again.
Food was pretty good but the service was sloooow and apologetic. Waited for a waitress to take my order for 15 min at the front counter. No silverware, no one ever wiped down the counter so I had to deal with remnants of the last guest everywhere. I heard a barrage of excuses.
