Food and ice cream always good! Love the cheese curds! Wicked friendly staff! Always get my order right, never have to check my bag like other fast food places.
This place can't get their act together. This is the second time I've tried them using the mobile app and when I arrive and check in I sit there with half my order melting in front of me while I watch literally everyone who came in after me get their orders and leave before I get the rest of my order. I get home with 2 melted blizzards and 2 perfectly cold sundaes. It's frustrating to say the least. Yes this may sound petty, but I just feel like they can do a better job managing incoming orders and expedite them much more efficiently and in a first in first out method to keep customers happy.
I go here maybe a couple times a week. My kids and I love the ice cream. However every time is different and I can’t understand it. Tonight however threw me over the edge. Three of the four blizzards I ordered were handed out the drive thru window melting. The employee doesn’t bother wiping the side of the cups. And when I asked why they were so melty, the chocolate one in particular, I was told “we put hot caramel on it and it starts melting the ice cream”. This bad?! I’ve ordered the caramel fudge cheesecake before and it wasn’t melted like this! And the worst part is the two employees stood there staring at me like I had 10 heads after explaining why my ice cream was dripping all over me! Some visits are great! The blizzards are thick and not melting all over the cup. But other times it’s like this. However this is the worst! Some one there needs better training on how to properly make the blizzards because this isn’t it!
Ordered online sone treats for Easter. Arrived at a very busy lobby only to find out that they don’t carry the item I ordered and they couldn’t figure out how to refund my money. After several phone calls and discussing they said I was all set. No receipt. Trust me the very nice server said. I proceeded to pay again for the ice cream they did have Never received my refund.
Good size servings and prices are good too
Let me start off by saying I am not a fast food person, I ate here on a whim and was impressed in a major way. The staff are so friendly and organized, genuinely seem like they don’t mind being at work. The BURGER! Wow! Best burger in town! All of the ingredients tasted fresh and crisp (onion, lettuce, tomato, bacon). I also got the Oreo dirt pie McFlurry and that was so good too. Will be back!!
ITS FAST FOOD! Adequate staff, friendly, wait time quick, very organized, ice cream selection good. My only beef is with the hamburger small pun. NOT Hot enough on the burger, and skimpy fries.

I just paid and had to leave without my order. After a 30 minute wait I had to go pick up my child from their activity. Sucks. So slow. Won’t go back.
Wanted to go here so much but was really disappointed. Order person crabby. Burger almost burnt, dry and very small ( well I ordered well done). Ice cream fudge sundae good but very small. Good place for dessert but I'd skip the meal. Best place for milkshakes is the fix bar.
