After standing in line for 20 min and only making it halfway to the counter I tapped out and left..
Typically never have had a bad experience from this location but the last 2 times have been awful. I order a pint to last us a few weeks well last time I got it home and had some and there was nuts in it (I did not order nuts) thankfully me nor my husband are allergic and now this time the ice cream tastes like peanut butter! AGAIN didn’t ask for it and AGAIN thankfully were not allergic! They need to do a better job at cleaning in between customers this is getting ridiculous
Much better than my last visit...thankfully there's a new manager on site! Much more as I used to remember and worth visiting again!
Warning! The Boo Batter ice cream will turn your doodies green and give you a tummy ache for at least a week. A truly horrifying Halloween tale indeed. Beware! Beewaaaarrreee!!!
Paid almost 10$ for a pint of freezer burn with an unwelcoming rude employee who failed to acknowledge my existence for 10 minutes. This place has really gone downhill.
Although Zoe was alone and there seemed to be a momentary rush she was extremely confident and very pleasant. I decided to try a smoothie strawberry banana which I had gotten other places that have since moved or gone out of business. I was not disappointed. Seriously, it is delicious. Add 280 cal it’s also within my dietary limits. Nice. I really wish their hours were better but with Covid everything has been affected.
Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. This is also a franchise and the owner/manager is very condescending.
Cold stone ice cream is the worst. It's excessively sweet with very little flavor. We went tonight because we had a gift certificate but I will never go again. My kids didn't even like it. I don't even know how this place is still in business when there are such better choices for ice cream very nearby (Cherry Hill, Kimball's, Rotas, etc.). I would even suggest getting a pint from Target next door before getting Cold Stone. You would save a ton of money too as it is not cheap. And yeah the service is super slow too.

Cold Stone ice cream is pretty consistent (and great,) and this location is no different. What separates one from the other is the staff, which was excellent when we went. The service was friendly and very quick. Not much more you could ask for.
