Awful customer service. This is the second time I have been to the Leominster location and each time I was told that the food sitting in front of our family was only available for online orders! No chips, no large size quesadillas- only child size because they are for online orders. This is not even ethical! Customers that walk in this facility should be able to purchase the food. So… my family should order from the car? We will never be returning.

Horrible experience with this location for like the 10th time. My own fault for thinking they could change. Always out of something, even if they’ve been open for an hour. They NEVER tell you when they are out of something til it’s to late to cancel your order. Then they charge you for things you don’t even want or even ordered. But the worst thing is the workers there that are just dreadful every single time. I understand its hard times and I’m not expecting a ray of sunshine but the least you can do is not bite my head off when I’m ordering. Never again with this place.

Definitely very clean and nice Chipotle and has the drive through there getting 5 star for the drive through alone haha

Whenever I order online the meal itself is fine, but if I order any sides with it they'll end up forgetting it. I've had missing items from my orders each time I've gotten from this location. When I go into the store it's usually fine.They also have a weird delivery range, as well as hours, being randomly closed in the middle of the day. Newest event is from today, having my order canceled after it went through because the store is just closed, even though it let me order online. Really hope I get my money back from it.As I said it's usually fine when I go and order in-store, but when it comes to ordering online it's just a complete mess. Probably won't be ordering from this location anymore since it's often too much of a hassle.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Entire order was screwed up. Burrito had no sour cream and they added beans. Couldn't even pick beans off. Tacos had no rice and were loaded with sour cream. Order thrown away, won't return.

The staff is quite rude, hours are never consistent (close random days of the week while still accepting online orders), terrible accuracy and absolutely terrible quality control. 90% of orders are incorrect and if you have any dietary restrictions it is not safe to eat here as they always cross contaminate or put in unwanted items.

Foods good but clearly can’t operate like every other franchise/food chain in the 21st century. Both online and phone ordering is constantly turned off for this location. If I have to order specific items for 4-6 people in line with people scoffing at me behind me…..it’s not a pleasant experience. The McDonald’s across the street handles car after car after car. But this chipotle location wants me to walk in to place my order? Get with the times or shut down. Stop blaming the pandemic for your poor business practices.

They’re always closed even when the website says it’s open and the hours have been updated. Doesn’t matter if I drive there at 11am or 6pm. This location never seems to be open and running. I’m not going to bother going here anymore. The last time I was actually able to order from this place, I basically paid $15 for a rice ball in a wrap. There was the tiniest bit of meat and it was wrapped like a ball, not even a burrito lol.

The WORST chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 bowls and was set to pick up at 5:40. Showed up at 5:45 with no order in sight. Someone asked me around 10 mins later what order I’m waiting for I give them my name and they hand me an order. I look inside and see one bowl with a side of queso. I go back up to tell them it’s the wrong order and the person making orders starts basically throwing things saying their system doesn’t work. The manager comes over and asks my my name and starts having another employee make my order. I get home to find they messed up my order- they mixed the two bowls up and put a random combination of ingredients in each bowl. My bf puts the hottest hot sauce and meat in his and sure enough that’s the one that looked the most like mine. I can’t even switch bowls with my bf because they have Covid. Now I’m left without a dinner. Thanks Chipotle! :)

Ordered a meal online to be picked up at 10:50am when they opened. It was immediately charged to my card. When I got there there was a sign on the door that said they were closed and no one called me to let me know!! I waited a half an hour before I found someone around back who said they had a water issue. That's fine but you should let the customers know who ordered online that the store is closed and offer them a refund, not let them show up to a closed store!! Terrible customer service!! I'm still waiting for my refund and its been 2 days now! There's no phone number to talk to anyone, everything is email only! Terrible company!!Finally heard from the company Monday (3 days after the charge) that they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days! They also made me send proof that they charged me even though it was right there in my account. Really not much of an apology for the huge inconvenience and they made no effort to make it right. DONE with chipotle! Terrible company! Customer service is seriously lacking!
