Great place for cheap Margs, tasty apps and good food. I have had Anthony as a server a few times on different occasions, and I really like him.
Drove about 15-20 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge to get some real food because food at the resort is horrible. Once arriving at Chili’s (on a Monday) there was a sign on their door saying that they were closed Mondays!?!???? Who ever heard of a Chili’s being closed on any day? Waste of a drive for sure and doesn’t represent the brand at all! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We will not eat there at all now!
Hello, I was a customer here for 23 years. And this is my sons favorite restaurant. The Last time I stopped by, the food was horrible nothing like I was eating for the past 23 years. My sons food was REALLY undercooked. My food was way to salty. And when I ordered a drink, It took 20 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have that drink available I ordered a different drink, and it still was horrible. However, our waitress was very nice and apologized, because the team had NO bartenders at the time. I really this can change soon. I spoke with the manager and he explained that there really understaffed. I hope this restaurant can change for the better. And I really didn’t want to write a bad review for this. Since me and my son LOVE this restaurant. But I feel like I had to. Maybe this way I can help you guys change for the better.
If your black they will not serve you. They are extremely racist. Told me and my friend to leave because the waiter didn’t wanna serve us. Like we asked to be black!. I will never step foot in a ?s ever again.
The day before I visited the Chili’s in Leominster, I ate at the Chili’s in Auburn. I hadn’t been in a Chili’s in years! I ordered the same thing both times, but, as the saying goes, one of these things is not like the other. I ordered the bacon chicken quesadilla both times. In Auburn it was GREAT. It was beautifully presented, crispy, and with lots of filling. The next day in Leominster I was served a mess! It looked thrown on the plate. The accompanying lettuce and pico looked wilted and old. There was hardly any filling and it was not evenly distributed and the quesadilla was cut up helter-skelter and not very cooked. Some triangles were tiny and not even stuck together since there was almost no filling. If I had gotten this version of the dish first, I would never have returned to Chilis again. Leominster gets 3 stars for the good service, but even the service in Auburn was better. Both places were equally busy and only moderately at that, so that’s no excuse. Should I try a third location and see what the norm is?
By far the worst experience ever over 50 dollars wasted. The salmon was not fresh at all and not taste to it at all what so ever. My husband's burger which was supposed to be made med was more then well done and our whole meal was cold and we were 7 mins early to pick it up and are staying 10 mins total sway from there and the food def should not have been COLD. This is the worst chilis experience I have ever had and will definitely contact corporate as well. Hopefully my husband experience on the phone is better then their service.
Tonight our family of five decided to order out at chilies. We have three toddlers, so we went with the triple dipper appetizers to make everyone happy. When the woman took the to go order, she was friendly and polite, then stated they were a little behind. She said the wait was about 15-20 minutes at 3pm. My husband arrived to pick up the order at 3:20. He waited outside with one of our kids in the car, because the signs say they will bring it out to you. At 340 he asked me to call and check on the because our toddler was getting fussy and hungry. The girl kinda gave me an attitude and told me it has been ready. It was just sitting there getting cold, while my husband had been sitting and waiting for it. I told her the car he was in, and then called him to say she would be right out. At 4:00 she came out with cold food. He was not in a good space and wanted to get home to feed the kids. He didn’t tip at all, which we have never done. I called to speak to a manager, the girl hung up on me. I called back, she had me on hold for a half an hour then I gave up. It’s too bad, I do like that restaurant. I guess just not this location.
I came here with my two roommates and it took 30 minutes just for us to get a waitress to come to us and take our order. I don’t usually complain or write reviews but it was disappointing. Not to mention, we were starving!
Throughout my travels, chains and franchises only man one thing, predictability. This Chili's stood out because of the bartender and waitress, I sat down for a quick bite after work and stayed for over 2 hours. Your results may vary.
I've gotten better service at a vending machine. Food was l that great either. I've been to this establishment before and was great but it went downhill
