Commercial road, Leominster location is the WORST. I will go out of my way to go to the one in Twin City Plaza!
Food and service was very good, French Fries were too salty!The Burger King App really stinks!!Customer can only copy ONE receipt per day to earn rewards points, whereas Wendy’s App lets you scan as many receipts as you want per day!!
I did not enter the store this morning. I was on the phone before entering and an employee came out the main door, lit a cig, and stood in front of the door. I chose the other fast food for breakfast.
10:55pm on a saturday and already closed, it says open until midnight..
People are rude from the start. Fries were not cooked all the way. Ordered a spicy whopper melt, cheese was cold, the meat was cold and had no taste. The bread was suppose to be toasted. It was NOT!!! Far from it. Will def not eat here again.
Hamburgers are bland over load it with condiments. No longer have a barbecued flavor. Food is not hot. Drinks overpriced. Fish is too fishy tasty much like their business. Changing menu items, Where's the meat? Raising prices. Do yourself a favor resist the urge for fast food.
Food is fair, but when you want to vary it to your preference, like substituting mayonnaise for honey mustard, they won't do it, but you need to get packets instead, and three times I received my order with nothing on it, because they forgot the packets and didn't tell me that's how they do it. Overall rating, I give it a 4 out of 10...

Like all fast food restaurants in the pandemic era, this Burger King has struggled with staffing. The burger was predictably bland and the fries nearly tasteless. If you want ketchup, you must ask for it.
