As of 2020 burger King closed where I'm from so going to this one felt good ? food was good staff were nice
Sometimes you need a quick meal and you go to fast food restaurants. This place is simply not that. They constantly take your money and then have you wait in parking out front…. Even when there is no one in line behind you. they are just never ready to provide service. The problem appears systemic and ownership directive driven. Oh well, plenty of other options.
Literally gave me meat from the day before. I know what old dried meat is vs burned FYI.. Ive worked in restaurants for almost a decade. Absolutely DISGUSTING. thanks for nothing.
Ordered a few things, didn’t receive my sons meal. Didn’t notice til I was home. 3rd time in a row that my order was wrong. Contacted BK.command was promised a refund. Been two weeks now and still not a word from them. Followed up twice and management at this location has been unresponsive.
I might stop by once a year and honestly, its usually just sub par. Burger buns always have a 'been around the block' look and texture. I'm not one for fast food either, but maybe just go check out the Wendy's nearby instead.
While one of the workers was short when speaking the other woman was very kind and our food came extremely fast. You can tell they are short handed and one person literally just walked out on their shift leaving the others confused.
My boyfriend ordered a breakfast meal, left the drive thru and opened his package to see they threw an egg, slice of ham, and a sausage patty in the box although he just paid for a $10 meal. So he went in and had his actual order given to him just to come home and take a bite of egg and have someones hair be in it. I work fast food so i know the struggles but something needs to be fixed. 2 issues with one meal. Do better
We haven't had a bad experience here. It is fast food. The staff is good and the service is good. We will go back again.
It's unfortunate how much this location's quality of food has fallen. I ordered a Whopper Melt Meal. Only got the sandwich, though I was charged bfor the full meal. I was about to argue about it, but there was a long line & didn't want to hold others up. When I got home, the sandwich's bread wasn't even toasted, the toppings were mashed on on side of it & COLD.I understand like many businesses, hiring folks willing to work in many fields have been difficult: leading to shifts understaffed. You can still care about your job. If you hate your job, just quit. Don't do your job bad because you hate where you are.
Order a whopper jr and get hamburger just rewrapped in a whopper paper…
