Ordered 3 party pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party last minute and they were super accommodating - everyone also commented how delicious the pizza was - thank you!

After being a customer in the past , I was really surprised after getting a burnt pizza and sub. When I called to discuss the issues. I spoke to a woman who was extremely rude and even hung up on me. The quality of food and definitely the service has declined badly. I would recommend taking your business else where.
Love this pizza, it's always cooked perfectly with a beautiful golden brown cheese and crispy crust. Plus the price is right, it's a great reliable place for a quick cheap meal on the go.
Food is Subpar at the Best. Has definitely gone downhill over the past year. Special requests on pizzas and subs often go unanswered/ignored. Pizza is always greasy on the top, which makes the crust soaked in grease. Definitely needs improvements.
Tried to call and place an order for 45Minutes and all I got was a recording that the number was unavailable.So I drove to the route 13 address and went in only to be find the place backed up and one of the employees took the phone off the hook and Left it on the counter.
Had a great lunch. Greek salad with chicken fingers. The salad was fresh, crispy and plentiful. Lots of cut up chicken on it too. Came with bread. Husband's sub was large and great. Had some very tasty Buffalo wings too. Staff is helpful and friendly..
Ordered from here (both locations) twice; a total of 4 attempts. Each time we have had terrible experiences each time. Delivery times are exceptionally long and nobody tells you how long it will be. The food would probably be really good if it could get to the house before it’s cold. We live 3.2 miles from the Main st. location, so it’s really not a ridiculous ask to have a reasonable delivery window. This last time I called mention that the food was stone cold after waiting 2 hours for a delivery. The woman on the phone was very rude, which made me irritated. “We are going to stop taking deliveries for your town from now on.” She offered to bring a new order, but I refused to wait another 2 hours for MORE cold food and simply asked for a refund. I was told “No, we don’t do that. We will return your food.” I know one customer isn’t a big deal, but at least be courteous. No more orders.
We got the bacon cheeseburger pizza and it was phenomenal! The breaded wings were good too. The only down side here is it’s a bit slow but i think it’s because they’re really busy. I would definitely come back for more pizzas
I have been ordering here since I was a kid. The orders are usually wrong and we never complain. We just call and get the correct order. However tonight 11/14/21my mother called in an order for Buffalo wings which are usually cooked in Buffalo sauce. She explained there was a gluten allergy and the person who took the order said nothing. When the order was received, it was chicken wings fried, which a gluten intolerant person can’t eat. When my mother called back the manager was really rude and was arguing with her. My mother said she wasn’t trying to cause a problem or be difficult. Instead of the manager saying how can we fix it or sorry for the miscommunication, she made my mom feel stupid. My mom would have simply just ordered some thing else and payed for it. No one here was asking for a free handout. I can’t tolerate how rude and unprofessional this was. I get people have bad days, but this was ridiculous. Honestly prefer not to order from here again.
