Did an online order for dinner. Food was not ready for time stated. I had to stand there for an additional 15 minutes. Once I got home I noticed they had given my brother the completely wrong meal. After complaining I had to go back to the restaurant again to pick up the right meal. Keep in mind that gas is expensive. After getting back home I started to eat my burger. My burger was bright pink inside after stating I wanted no pink. The pink made me sick so that I couldn't even eat my food. After complaining I received a "we're sorry". There was no effort to remedy the situation and no offer of replacement. They should have just reimbursed me my $60 for the wrong, under cooked food, waste of time and gas. I would not return here again.
Always a go to when I want a good meal. Staff is always friendly and service is usually prompt. All the dishes I've had here have been very good.
Decided to swing into Applebees for a change of food. I got a steak and shrimp and my wife got the chicken bowl. Either we were starving or the food was really good as we cleaned our plates. The service was fast and very attentive. The food was really good and the steak was cooked perfectly (medium and bright pink). There was also 7 or 8 shrimp on my steak - also perfectly cooked.
There’s literally no cheese on this “four cheese pasta”. I wouldn’t care that the tenders are small if they put any sauce on them! This entire plate was bland, idk how they forgot the sauces for the entire entree
I wasn't to impressed with the service or the food. It's a good location. It's convenient. I've been here a few times and it's ok. Not good, but not bad either. Some times the service is good and the food is fair, other times the service and/or the food is not what it should be. This location could definitely be better.
I got the 12 oz. Ribeye it was so thin and had no flavor horrible my daughter ordered the same thing and she said that her's was nasty looked like fake steak she said. Service was good but the food was not
Great food, served quick and the server, Matt, was an absolute hoot! Wonderful service! Always great drinks and specials that change every season. Affordable, which is hard to find these days
Wife grandson and myself. Food was as expected, we are familiar with this restaurant Slightly better than my local one. Service was Ok a little slow but it was crowdedwhen we entered. We did get seated right away.
Place was packed. Waitress was busy but attentive, professional and friendly. Food was good. Only gripe was the pretzel appetizer wasn't nearly as good as last time. It was more on the cold side than warm and a bit soggy. Last time it was amazing and since it was slammed I didn't make a fuss. Kids ate it.
This Applebee's location is awesome!! The food is great, customer service is outstanding, I celebrated my wife's birthday there, they allowed me to bring a cake that I dropped off early to surprise her, they accommodated our guest and seating arrangements with no problems, I have no complaints especially understanding that food service can be difficult when it's busy and the staff are trying their best to keep their customers happy. GREAT JOB ?
