This place was great! I am gluten-free and it’s hard to find too many good gluten free options eating out, but they have an extensive gluten-free menu that has delicious gluten free substitutes here. We also had great service from our server Liz, she was very kind and helped us navigate the menu and our options well! Definitely coming back!
I visited this location with my partner and my 2 children yesterday for the first time. We were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge down the street. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the decor, and upon walking inside even more impressed. We made a reservation for 5:30 as we, with young children, wanted to make sure we could guarantee a table. We walked in and the hostess was polite, attentive, offered gluten free, booster seat. We were seated quickly and were welcomed by the best server we have ever had, DJ. He was informative and cared about our experience from the start. We ordered the spinach dip, amazing. White cranberry sangria, amazing. 110 margarita, amazing. The kids got pasta and Mac and cheese. I totally appreciated DJ coming down to my sons level to ask him what he wanted, how he liked his pasta, trying to get him to eat veggies lol etc. for our food we got steak tips, Brussels, sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes. It was incredible. If we lived closer we’d go to this location all the time, for the food yes, but for DJ also!
The Consistent quality of food and service is what keeps me coming back here. The bartender was excellent. She made my Manhattan exactly how I asked. The kale salad with tuna was delicious.
Visited the Leominster location last week. The server was great but the food was inedible. The spinach dip was disgustingly garlicky and we both like garlic. Turkey burger was grossly over cooked and pulled pork Mac and cheese was cold and pork was hard like it sat out a while. We barely ate a few bites. Sad because the server was extraordinary! I filled out the review on the website and no one seemed to even notice or acknowledge. Customer service needs some improvement. It was a very disappointing experience.
My husband was happy to get a huge GF fish and chips which he loved! I got the grilled shrimp with mashed garlic, Brussel sprouts. The md. shrimp (they weren't skimpy with the amount) came in a little chafing dish with nothing else and no grilled marks. I could hardly taste any marinade. The Brussel sprouts were MUSHY! The garlic mashed came in a little dish and looked like instant because of the consistency in the bowl. They were okay. Our companions liked their meal-salad wedge (looked great!) and a shredded pork (looked great also). I was not happy for paying $22 for my mediocre meal, but glad my husband got GF fried fish!
This was an absolute shock of the best kind! My fiancée is gluten free due to allegory reasons and I am very much a foodie and good food is hard to find.. this place was absolutely amazing in every way possible. The ribeye was melt in your mouth tender, perfectly cooked to specifications and probably the best steak I’ve ever had and I’ve been cooking since I was a child, and our server Jackie was the best. Knew instantly I was a whiskey guy and my fiancée was a vodka girl and recommend drinks that I never would have ordered and would have been missing out because of. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for amazing food, with a great atmosphere, and amazing staff who care about what they bring you. 10/10 will certainly be a new place i frequent.
I had the chicken sandwich and it was okay however, the hot honey sauce on it was too over-barring and I thought that the onion rings were way too salty for my taste. Although they do make an amazing cheese burger.
We've ordered from the same location many times and gone in person. In person experience is good, no issues there. When we order online, completely different story. We order the same thing every time since my wife has to eat gluten and dairy free. Just a plain burger. Somehow, it's messed up every time. Today, the burger was raw in the middle. We had to cook it at home again. We ordered it well done. Other times we got no bun even though they sometimes give us a gluten free bun half the time. The order is also never on time. It's been anywhere from 10 min to 45 min late. We've tried many times to give them another chance but it doesn't seem to get any better. It's a shame because their food can be pretty good when you dine in.
Jessica was our server and was an exceptional server! The food was amazing, delicious, and you can tell the kitchen was busting their butts to make it perfect! The atmosphere was nice and the menu had so many options! Definitely reccomend to anyone living in Massachusetts or just passing by. 10/10 would reccomend and come again!
