Joel the manger was amazing my order was messed up and he had no problem remaking my orderI was going to make a bad review but seeing him working hard and fixing orders change my mind he was working hard and he was smiling which is a plusthanks so much Joel
MISSING FOOD PLUS RUDE EMPLOYEEI went today April 17, 2022 to this Wendy's at around 6:00pm, I pulled up to the ordering booth and told the lady on the speaker I needed a second to order. No one was in line and as someone pulled up behind me seconds after asking for a minute she tells me that I need to hurry up because there are people in line so I quickly figure out what to order for my family. I ordered a kids meal and 2 biggie bags. As I was ordering the second biggie bag she whispers in the mic "Diablo" and "Coño" into the mic and proceeds to say with an attitude "Anything else?" I pulled up to the window and the girl that was taking my order was having a full blown argument with the manager because she wanted to leave already. That girl should not be working in customer service with that attitude. And to top it off I got home and was missing fries from my order. Smh, I feel disappointed and disrespected as a paying customer.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately they were out of the kids meals toys. I would have liked to see an effort to replace it in some way(ie frosty or something) we were not even informed they had no toys left until our 5 and 5 yr old girls opened the bag and cried pit "there's no toy" as parents we all know that the fact we are going out to eat somewhere other than home doesn't mean anything unless it comes with a toy. Lol
This is a nice area to walk by you can hang out with family and friends.
Worst visit ever to one of their chains....forgot 1 fry and then they others were cold.... forgot 1 of the burgers a double.... doing drive thru ... server very rude and got rushed so we missed it till back on highway.... will never leave again with out checking.... thinking they got about 8 bucks out of us for free
Sunday, 9:40 I went t Wendy’s for one of their breakfast specials. On my way to work, I bought my meal and got right on the highway. Eat ing while I drove I discovered my large breakfast potatoes were barely Lukewarm and also 50% scraps from the fryer. Rather than cooking fresh they filled it with the fryer scraps. Same with the sandwich. Lukewarm at best, top of bun was puncture and spread was smudged on it. Very unfortunate for me going to work and unable to return it.
How you take 15 minutes+ to take an order and still get it wrong. Tf typa service ??
Service good. Extremely crowed with teens using inappropriate language.
It's fast food.It tastes.. ok.Unlike some other fast food you're LESS violently ill. Less.
Good food and service overall.But “not too busy” on a Friday evening my butt. Drive through line is around the building and back to the street. Forget it.
