Order Tr mango dragon lemonade. Paid for it. At 6 am. By 6:24 the workers told me my drink was on the counter. So I look.... no purple drink In Sight. They Pointed to drink, clearly a lemonade. Let them I was all set.... then I was told the dragfruit is just for show. HAS NO TAST. THEN PROCEEDED TO LAUGH AND TALK BADA OUT ME.
The customer service is and behaves very professional when it comes to providing their service, the manager is excellent and friendly with people.
Came in Sunday June 12th,1pm. Very friendly cashier, staff in general felt like they enjoyed working and enjoyed the atmosphere. They were busy in drive thru but was taken care of inside, which is the best. I got a shot, a refresher and a panini, they accidentally made an extra shot cause they thought they missed my espresso, so they kindly let me keep both. Used to be a Starbucks partner in Boston years ago, they still have the same service in some stores as they did before, thus store is one of the good ones! Didn't see napkins anywhere but that doesn't knock off a star. Cashier was attentive to everyone coming in, drive thru team were having fun but on top of their job! Will come back now that I work nearby!
Starbucks locations have been struggling to keep regular items in stock. They have regularly been out of Mango Dragonfruit. A couple times they have even been out of Blonde roast. Pretty frustrating to wait in a line to find out both items you were there to order are out
Clean inside and bathrooms were clean as well. Fast service.
Always great service here !! Employees are amazing and I can say I’ve NEVER had anything wrong. It’s so refreshing to pull in for my morning coffee!
Some of the servers at this location are rude to customers (atleast to me) and there were multiple times when I was given half filled "Grande" lattes. Not sure if its bcoz of inflation or customer service.
This is the best Starbucks around. No matter what time of day I go or who’s working my drink always comes out perfect
I love this place especially the staff. They pay attention to every service. I usually drive miles to ger my coffee there. That's how love I have for this place ❤️.
Terrible experience in walk in and order. Cups in "to go" area had no names or labels resulting in guessing as to orders. Also, while I was only person waiting on an order I was ignored until I started looking thru unnamed cups in the To Go area and then staff wanted to know what I was looking for. Maybe worst Starbucks experience in years if not ever. If you are visiting I suggest you use drive thru for better service.
