Chicken wasn't cooked fully, loooooooong slooooooow line.
Having repeat visits between this location and Salem NH. I am generally more happy with this location. Joseph is a kind server who cares about fulfilling his customer orders accurately. Food here seems to be more hot and fresh, than the location in Salem NH. Crispy fried chicken ?
I Love Popeyes even though it took over 20 mins to receive our meal
I really dislike living bad reviews but it is what it is. Is not my first time buying from this establishment and none of the times I have visit that place I had a good experience, but like to give places a second chance. Service is the worse I have ever experienced, on my last visit I ordered online and not only quality of the food was bad but when I placed my order I got the choice of pick up at the drive through and when I arrived I told the person on the other side of the speaker that I ordered online to what she replied ( that you have to pick it up inside) . ? the actitud of most of the staff is unprofessional. Last time I buy anything from there. You need to work on customer service
Horrible service whether you go inside or drive through. They call it fast food for a reason but you always spend at least 40 minutes in there
This place is horrible. Always out of everything, always messes up the order. Ordered a 5 piece tender with fries. Open it up when I get back to work and it doesn’t have fries or a biscuit. Save the frustration and just go to the Salem NH location. The management and employees at Lawrence are clearly incompetent.

The lady in the drive through asked if I was in my car - weird. However the food was good .I ordered the 12 piece spicy chicken strip. There were comvination of strips + nuggets. Guess they ran out of the strip. They did not tell and I did not mind also. No complaints with the chicken sandwich - was yummy.
So today I went in through the drive through and after I was handed my food I had to give it back because the register wasn’t working so i went back after I took out cash and the person taking the order straight told me i couldn’t buy a single piece of chicken I will never go back to this location thank you for the horrible experience today
DANGER. Sharp metal objects found in the chicken here. I normally love to eat Popeyes chicken however the last time I was there I bit into a piece and found a sharp piece of metal. See the picture. I took the metal to the manager and pointed it out hoping to get a dangerous situation corrected. I was not looking for a refund. She looked at it and said, "Sorry." I was unimpressed. I complained by way of Popeyes online survey and was ignored. This could send someone to the hospital! Never again for me!
