Horrible Customer Service. Never have I heard of delivery not delivering to your door, and when I called to complain the manager was on drivers side. She was not professional. What happened to customer service!!!!

This is a Spanish restaurant. I prefer to eat here whenever I crave a good plate with rice and beans. You can get exactly what you want if you know how to ask for it. The fried pork is my favorite here. It’s meaty and has thick, crunchy skin (served with lime OS). I think this place has the best rotisserie chicken in Lawrence and it is very consistent. Fair prices for size of overall serving. The parking lot is a bit disappointing but there’s no room for them to expand the lot.
The chicharrón and sancocho were delicious! And the maduros were nice and mildly sweet.
Their Fried Sweet Plantains are just too good for the price.
Just went to Pollo Tipico for lunch. I waited in line, finally made it to the counter and they skipped right over me and asked the people behind us what they were having. After serving 2 other people behind me while ignoring me standing there waiting to order, I just left. Just a horrible experience
Food is very good. Prices are even better. I highly recommend.
