New cashier couldn't understand we ordered from a mobile
Very friendly and quick getting order ready to go.
It was clean inside but the staff isn't friendly.
Whoever is in charge of this McDonald’s has failed horribly at providing a safe establishment to eat. Crackheads surrounding the drive thru and reports of robbery’s in the drive thru line due to the negligence of the manager and franchise owner. I realize this review will lead to absolutely nothing changing but it just has to be put out there how bad this McDonald’s is. Then again it is in Lawrence.
It's OK McDonald's. I personally am not thrilled about the renovations, new ordering kiosk, and new app. 99 cent good hot coffee for years, now to get price you have to use the app - and your points to get free food do not include coffee. I pretty much only get coffee there, sometimes a muffin. If you like McDonald's food though you probably would like the app and bonus food. Also, as Coronavirus is still an issue even for immunized and boosted people - indoor restaurants are deemed to be the most dangerous areas still - so even though you can go in now, I still take my coffee to go.

Friendly employees clean restaurant quick service
I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I got to say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept at all times. Prices are convenient and they serve generous portions.
Good food always fresh.very nice.
Like my Wendy's review these people are fast for the most part and they deal with alot of crazy. The place is clean. I had to change the review this location always over cooks and dries out their food.
