There's such a lack of organization. If I owned this franchise I would hire new people. On two separate occasions over 15 mins was waisted waiting for an order that had been given to someone else incorrectly. Terrible service. In particular the person making food. My frozen drink tasted watered down and had no flavor and they toasted my bagel before I could even ask for it because I like them untoasted and it was last one. However my partner enjoyed his coffee and his muffin.
This is absolutely the worst dunkin ever. I ordered veggie egg white omelette bites and they came ICE COLD. The woman after I asked for my receipt said no as I already paid yet she threw it out in the first place. Horrible location and service.
walked in to get coffee this morning and the manager was rude and untrained. Took 10 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee being the only 1 there. After she took my money she decided to make make a few sandwiches, without gloves. Note don't buy sandwiches at this location. She was on her phone instead of helping the customers. What an attitude. Been a loyal Dunkin customer for 30 years. Good news there are plenty of DD's around. I understand labor is difficult, but a bad attitude is a decision.

I did on the go Order, and my food wasn't ready when I got there. I had to wait for about 10-15mins before my order was ready. However, the lady did apologize for the delay. Overall, I would say it's a good place.
My friend and I eat here at least once a week. The food is always great and the staff at this Wendy's are always so professional and accommodating.
The drive thru there is very slow and the service is terrible. Untrained staff and you almost never get what you ask for. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Extremely slow service. Sat for over 25 minutes for a hot coffee in the drive thru. Watched cars leave the line because the wait was so long.
