AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! This Dunkin’ location is completely unprofessional and the lack of customer service is disgusting. My mother went to get a simple cup of hot coffee for a colleague, they repeated back her order correctly and when she pulled up to the window, they gave her the wrong order. She politely told them it was supposed to be hot and the rude employee took it from her hand with an attitude. She told the other coworker “it wasn’t supposed to be iced” as she was mimicking her. Then proceeded to give her the correct coffee with an attitude and purposely dropped her change. She asked them if they can give her, her change because it was supposed to be for someone else and they told her they couldn’t do that. They went back and forth on how rude the employee was and she was not getting out of her car to pick the change they purposely dropped. Another Dunkin’ employee came around the corner and started telling her the same thing that they couldn’t do anything about it, but that She can pull over and an employee can pick it up. Other customers started honking behind her and the first rude employee told her to keep it moving or she is calling the cops. For what reason? if this is how Dunkin’ treats their customers, they need to update their training methods and hire better employees. For someone that has worked in customer service, you treat your paying customer with respect and give them the greatest customer service. This location is doing the complete opposite.
Upon arrive to Dunkin’s donuts near holiday inn express in Lawrence Massachusetts the the three team employees greeted me with the utmost welcome as the order was being placed the team went over and beyond their expectations as made sure the my satisfaction as the consume was highly met. As they raised the Dunkin’s donuts bar to heights joel,nector and thaomy
I just came from this Dunkin Donuts & pay almost $4 for them not to give me my “Cream cheese” Like great
Thabk cafua managment for this place turning to trash....dosent deserve one star......emplpyees smoking in the loby ...place dirty and there good employees quit because of terrible managment. First yolanda left. Then damian. Then nasha. Then u bring in this lady who is just terrible......now rich is gone. Im all set with this place. Not another dime going to this discusting store
They're service forgive my language suxs. I ordered thru mobile app, the sales rep gurl tells me thru intercom, i have to park and go inside. Go figure if 8 order thru app for quick pick, "I had to go inside". Then she tells me she's on a timer... what the hell!! I stated you should be bring my order out for not having it ready thru drive thru. Super lazy workers in Lawrence, just gossiping wasting time. Worst experience there, I was shocked, being a frequent but very frequent customer of Dunkin.
Manager has a attitude, rude and is always on her phone. Staff barley makes anything correctly and are unprofessional in the work area.
Coffee and service are good. Not the place for buying pastries due to undersized portions.
My wife likes. Ever since the 2 Canadian Brothers purchased it has been on a down hill slope since. Coffee tastes burnt and the donut are about half the size they used to be.
It's a really great branch which is unfortunately (depending on who you ask) located next to a high school. If you want to get breakfast, I suggest going through the drive thru, other than that, it's a really clean place and very chill after 9 am. I love going there to work on assignments, it's comfortable and the staff are super nice.
