2 hours after ordering still don't have food. Store said it was coming out the oven 30 minutes ago after being in the quality check for over an hour.Edit: 4 hours later they called and asked if I still wanted my food lol.
Dominos delivered perfectly. Delivery time was delayed and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with the restaurant. That being said everything as perfect!!! Thanks :)
Let off by saying I waited 2 or more hour for my food and when I called they said my pizza on it way, the food didn’t get to get till 45 later after I called they didn’t even wanted to give my money back. I got my pizza super cold I would never order from them again!
Going to this place would simply be a waste of your time and money. Nobody uses gloves when making the pizzas, they’re constantly touching other things then go make the food you’re gonna be eating with washing their hands. To make a long story short do not go here lol.
I made a purchase at 7pm on Christmas Eve 2021 and didn't received my order until 5 hrs later very cold and dry. When the delivery guy finally made it to my door he was very apologetic and said that I wouldn't be charged for my food. He was the only driver that reported to work. I was charged. When I tried calling them about it they would pick up the phone a literally just hang up. I continued to call weekly and still got hang up calls until I finally got an answer and it was the manager. He told me that the corporate office was handling the refund. It has been 3 months now I still haven't received my refund. This is unacceptable I shouldn't have to wait 5 hrs for my food to be delivered nor should I have to wait months to be refunded. I will never order from Domino's again. The one star was for the effort the driver made to show up to work on a Christmas Eve holiday.
The lack of concern for hygiene by an employee at this location really bothered me when I noticed her chewing over my food at my visit earlier tonight. The manager there greeted me as soon as I came in and quickly asked about my order, which was nice, but that was the end of my positive experience. After being told it would be 3 min, it was well after 5 min when I noticed they were opening and closing all the waiting boxes of food and trying to re-organize my order and others' orders. Another woman working there was eating while she was checking these boxes and I noticed that she was opening one of my boxes while eating something directly over it. I spoke up and asked if she could not eat over the open box of my food. That would be a problem normally but during a pandemic, something dropping on my food directly from a stranger's mouth is absolutely disgusting and dangerously negligent. And I know what it's like on the other side of the other side of that counter , having worked at 3 different Domino's myself.To compound the problem, she didn't apologize, she didn't even show a concerned look. She just seemed annoyed and simply pushed the open box a little further away from her and then looked away. The manager was certainly in ear shot and said nothing. I really couldn't believe it. I do appreciate the service from food workers and, with low staffing during this economy, I always try to reward great service with tips and positive reviews. But I also feel compelled to do the same in the opposite case.
Took nearly 3 hours for delivery. The "tracker" said it was under a quality inspection for over 2hours and 30mins. When my pizza finally arrived I wasn't even hungry anymore and beyond tired. Both items I ordered were cold to a touch not to mention the pizza dough wasn't nearly cooked enough. When I called to inquire about the freshness of my order I was on hold for quite some time and when someone finally answered they literally picked up the phone and hung it on the hook as if to prevent the phone from ringing further but not to answer it. This is entirely unacceptable, I demand a refund!!!
they should probably get some new and/or more employees cause it takes over two hours for the simplest orders every time ? so annoying. 2 1/2 hours waiting to never receive the order, poor service in my opinion. never again ??
Can you call this an 8 pieces boneless chicken??????Can you call it a pepperoni pizza? Each slice has 1 piece of pepperoni. Are you serious?Horrible service. Dominos lost a costumer!
Employees need to be retrain on customer service and understand that this is a restaurant not a playground. Employee putting there elbow and throwing there phone inside the boxes of pizzas they serving the customers, unacceptable
