Place has multiple people working in it and food in bags, but they tell me they closed 3 minutes before I show up. As I wrote this review another car went through the drive through and was able to order food.

Went for lunch with Co workers, got a couple burgers and a chicken sandwich. None of the food tasted right, I'd highly recommend avoiding this place.
TERRIBLE service, missing food I ordered off if the app, NO refund for my order, worthless customer service, avoid the app at all costs and this burger king more.
I asked for no onions and pickles on my #2 what do you think happened..... The lobby was closed and there were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. The shake I ordered was perfect actually more than what I got at another location the day before. My sandwhich had extra onions on it thankfully they didn't do that with the pickles there were no pickles at least. So 1 out of 2 isn't bad

Go thru drive thru at 2am, and lady said they were closed. How you advertise 24hrs and ur closed at 2am
Saturday, 10am still close... why is this one still working if they are close at thus time and it's a 24h also doors to go inside are close since like 1 years
This Burger King has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever Lawrence,MA. I DONT KNOW WHO BE HIRING YOU GUYS FOR NIGHT SHIFT BUT LIKE SERIOUSLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER IS NEEDS TO HIRE BETTER WORKERS. LAZY TO THE CORE
1/3/22 - 3AM, pulled up to the drive thru, he said hi and let me browse and then told me after I picked something that they are closed. This place has several 24-hour blinking drive thru signs on the window. Don’t buy into the BS.
