This place has gone downhill. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt inside and out. When I called and ordered it for pick up, the lady said 20 min. When I arrived 25 min later, the quesadilla and my husband’s chicken sub had not even been started yet. So I had to wait an extra 15 min and in that 15 min, they burnt my food. So much better when John owned it. We’re done going there.
Odd hours at times but the food is always made fresh and tasty. I appreciate that they season their food well

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat a burger and the steak fries was awesome but under new owner now the burger was almost burned over-cooked the fries were too salty and didn't taste like they used to and looks like someone sat on my burger it was super flat and my steak and cheese was also overcooked and too salty had to throw it away and all the prices are higher but I will never eat there again
I simply liked their dishes. I always get fantastic customer service here. The place is clean and the cashiers are always super friendly. Will visit here again.
Don’t pick up the phone pathetic
When to picked up my order the other day and witness one of the worker was making subs and sandwiches without any gloves on and constantly picking up their pants in between. Another customer and I just looked at each other in shock. Specially during these tough time with hygienes with COVID.
I've been ordering from allstar for around 9yrs. They started out amazing the best food I've ever had but there quality has gone down ALOT.. I've never gotten a Turkey club with tomatoes ordered it also asked for kids chicken finger dinner..called back to be sure we got the soda they lady put it down as a regular chicken finger dinner. She adjusted the price said she would send the soda.. decided food without soda also got Turkey club with tomatoes I absolutely hate tomatos they used to cover the bread in bacon now there is fatty bacon and 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I called back got busy call continously until they answered that was 32 tried before getting an answer. I was told Turkey club comes with tomatoes also told the menu has a description which states tomatoes my menu has no descriptions. The recept said Turkey club the box said blt. Food came I did get the soda I checked the sandwich outside where there was no light took it inside to eat it its covered in tomatoes no bacon the recept also said NO tomatoes on it. I've also got salad there previously and the lettuce wasnt fresh it was dead no life left to it not crunchy.. wasnt worth the money. If the quality and accuracy of the food got better I'd continue to buy there but as of now who knows
The steak tip salad is not made very lovingly it seems. very little meat, somewhat dry and I think the vegetables need to vary more.
