I wanted to like this restaurant because of the good reviews but unfortunately the service was terrible. One of the drink the scorpion bowl the cup came chip, and god knows if there was any shatter glass in the drink. Second I order I dish that had shrimp that I didn’t realized was in it and when I related the message they did not want to change the plate for me or offer a solution. Third some of the food came really cold. I did not get to enjoy the food.
Excellent Chinese food, very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place in Haverhill.

We ordered the general tso chicken, chicken fingers, and sushi tuna roll. Chicken fingers and sushi roll were ok. The general tso was hard as a rock,& had a fishy burnt weird taste to it.Just to preface I NEVER DO THIS but I asked for a refund since we did not eat any of it, and the piece I did try was in my napkin. Waiter brought over another lady who fought us on how there’s no fish in the back where they cooked it, told her ok I’m sorry but it does not taste good. Continued to argue with us, then finally took the plate away. Then three of the workers looked at the plate, & continued to stare at us & talk (clearly talking about us). We both felt super uncomfortable & got our check and left. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Poor customer service.
I ordered crab Rangoon and thought… yum! This place is going to be great!Received my Pad Thai and it looked like soup! Tasted like broth… nothing Pad Thai like at all. Service was blah… my husband ordered Mongolian Beef and it too was blah and the meat was like processed/fake junk. Ewwwww! Ewwww! Ewwww!Waste of money!
I’ve been getting food for a while from this place because the food is pretty great , but the customer service can be ready terrible at times . My co-workers and me got lunch a couple weeks back and the lady on the phone was really rude and ended up not even writing down one of the orders , And also gave my vegetarian friend pork lomein????
worst food ever, they used to be good, not anymore , we ate there 3 weeks ago and service was o.k. but food was so bad won't give it to a dog , never again. sorry must say
Great fresh foods. Wonderful fresh flavor. The staff was very kind in helping description of menu items. And the drinks were made spot on. This place is in my top 3!
The food is amazing! The waitress's are really nice and this restaurant offers lots of variety of food and drinks.
unbelievably speedy service even on Christmas, food incredibly delish spanning multiple Asian cuisines, my family & i will *definitely* come back to try so many new dishes! ?
