From day one they always great. Great staff and delicious food.
It was okay-Kinda meh!The veggies were overcooked, the chicken was A little too greasy as if it was soaked in cooled oil or seated in oil after ! Oh and too salty. I ate cos I paid over20 otherwise I wouldn’t. The staff were nice though, place was clean .
Awesome pot pies, (solar powered) fried chicken, and the fries are literally the second best I've ever had. The staff is fantastic, work really hard and are super polite.My last pickup order had a very minor mix up and the staff went way above and beyond what was necessary to correct it.I'm happy to support these folks with my business and tell everyone in the area to check them out, nobody has been disappointed!Highly recommend trying Chicken Connection, I've never been let down, everything is delicious and honestly the staff is just amazing!
Been a customer for a long time but the Haverhill location just stinks now. Ordered my girl a barbecue chicken sandwich that came with no barbecue sauce, and my 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw came with no coleslaw
The gravy and stuffing are a must!Great food, homemade style!Great staff and services!
I don’t get take out much but this place has been consistent for years and years their family fried chicken dinner is awesome
I stoped at your Haverhill location, order a chicken finger sandwich. First of all it took twenty minutes, the girl that waited in on me (very nice) she mentioned that the cook made a mistake and he was remaking the sandwich. I got this twenty minute sandwich home, it was cold, way over cooked the chicken was stringy and gross………My LAST trip to Chicken Connection, I would have been better off at KFC……
I am a loyal customer, but must say in the last year the quality has gone way down. I ordered chicken fingers for our family party and they were overcooked, very dry and so small it was embarrassing. Without fail, my pick up order is always wrong and missing something. What's happening Chicken Connection???
Just left chicken connection after waiting for 25 minutes for my food , I was told that they forgot they ran out of ribs ?, offered my a free dessert. Time wasted
