Terrible experience worker screaming from the top of there lungs. the person taking my order at the drive-thru couldn’t even hear me say six tacos Instead I got three tacos. When I asked why did I get three tacos the person simply said you said three couldn’t fix it couldn’t add to it, absolutely no care ever mind you there was nobody at the drive-thru at that time and no one at the restaurant so it wasn’t that they were busy. Very very very lazy establishment.
We ordered online through the app and picked up in store. My husband went in to pick it up, and he told the lady at the register he was picking up an online order. She said they only had one but it didn't go through then just walked away out back. Another employee walked up, asked for the name on the order, and promptly gave us the bag of food ready and waiting at the counter. At least she was helpful! They also made all of the food correctly which usually doesn't happen at other taco bell locations, so that was a positive
I used to love this Taco Bell. Over the last few visits, however, I have decided it's not worth the frustration. They rarely get the order right. The staff has been completely uninterested in paying attention, or really doing much of anything it seems. I really hope it turns back around. I like Taco Bell, but this location has not been good for some time now.*Edit* - I came here again recently because my kids wanted it, and they actually did get all the food right. The service at that moment had vastly improved over my last several visits here. Hopefully they have turned a corner in a good direction.
This place use to be a normal taco bell but the last two times I went the hard shell tacos taste and smell like chemicals! I had to throw away my entire order today. I don't know what happened/changed but I would not order anything hard shell. It genuinely tastes like chemicals and burned my mouth.
40 minutes for one taco and one quesadilla, manager should be fired. Worst I’ve ever experienced! Avoid this location.
Everything MUST be good because the lines to the drive-up window were long. I only wish people could enter the restaurant if only to order their take-out but not sit down at the tables. (Also, I wish the chopped onions were INCLUDED for free on the Taco Supremes).?
Very clean, good food, and all things done in a timely manner. Recommended for folks of Haverhill MA. Plus, they have a newly fixed door you can walk through ;) lol
Liked the nachos with chicken. There was a long line, but the person at the pickup window was very nice and my order was ready quickly.
Went there on December 20th, around dinner time. I ordered via cell phone around 5:40They were evidently only focusing on drive thru orders. 3 other guests there with me were waiting a half an hour for our food.I normally would cut them some slack because they did seam understaffed, but two young men were on Snapchat while we were all waiting.
Update your time and fix your app literally say it closed at 12 when I mobile order through the app at 11pm got there 11:30 just so they can tell me the store it’s close idk why employees still talking through the drive thru if it’s close lolIdk if they were being lazy because it’s 30 minutes left to leave work or because they really are close and they didn’t update the time at the appApp shouldn’t accept order from close store anyway not only I waste gas but went home hungry
