Never ever leave bad reviews but it genuinely breaks my heart that I have to wait 30+ Minutes every time I come here for the simplest order. Even if I changed my mind & didn’t want to fulfill the ridiculous wait, there is not enough space in the drive thru to pull out + you cannot make a left? It’s just the worst experience every time I come here. There is a younger woman who is fantastic with her customer service & I’ve told her countless time she’s is a much better fit in literally any other business.
Waited over 5 minutes to have our order taken, then waited 30 to actually get our food. (Missing food and wrong food in the bag). This place needs to be shut down considering they can not actually put out food orders in under 30 minutes... an on shift employee said that the majority of their crew didn't show up. All the sodas were out of syrup, half the tables had trash all over them. There was a great employee on the grill who helped us, the person acting as the cashier couldn't care less. Go anywhere but here. Would give 0 stars if I could.
0 STARS .To be honest this is the Wrost restaurant i ever worked on.DONT GO THERE.I use to work in this restaurant i cant even explain the way they treat me there they dont care some of the employees be outside smoking cigarettes and doing nothing while is busy indoors there are no rudes they dont hire good people some of them are lazy. i regret working there. My wrost experiences was when it got busy and i was by myself in the drivethru in the line and in front doing all at once i was almost craying some of the employees dont go in to work and this was my last day working there.its just horrible
They need more help!! Fountain drinks out? And that's all you get? No one to replace syrup for drinks? Owner needs to take better care... sad
THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD PLACE. spent 35 minutes in line only to wait another 11 waiting for our food. they didn’t start making it until we got up there and the cashier had to keep telling people to make it. as we are waiting for our food the workers had made their own food and was walking around eating and goofing around. non of the workers were actually working and where walking around doing absolutely nothing. they were too lazy to refill the drinks.. after almost 50 mins of waiting i received the food and was barely any meat in my taco… honestly extremely disappointed and will never be returning to taco bell again.
Says they’re closed at 12am, there were 3 associates. Tonight June 18th I got there at 11pm and waited patiently for them to get on the intercom. At 11:15pm I drove up to the window and was waving. They were hiding behind the counter and pretended not to see me until I knocked. I couldn’t feed my kid who is dying right now due and they were closed. All he wanted was mashed potatoes from KFC as one of his last meals. Thanks guys.
Some of the people that get hired there... Do they even want to work? Rarely do I go here (RARELY) because the drive-thru is in a bad spot to get out of but also some of the employees seem uinterested in just working. I know the service industry is the worst but it's not hard; keep supplies stocked, pay attention to the orders, clean -- that's it.
This is the worst Taco Bell. They just renovated. It looks really nice inside. This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Go to literally any other Taco Bell
Would give 0 stars if i could. Ive worked fast food. Its not hard. It may be busy but its not hard. Orders come in you read the screen and make the food.I cannot stress EVERYTIME we go. Its always messed up. Ive given the benefit of the doubt so many times. The drove thru screen wont work so you can confirm the order they entered is even right.The drive thru attendant will literally repeat the whole order back perfectly. And EVERYTIME its messed up.Tonight was the last straw. We waited in line for 40 minutes. The orders were moving car by car the whole time. Then when we got to the window we had to wait.. while they cleared out all actovr orders in front of me before they even took my order.This happens sp they can keep their window time down for active orders so they dont look like they're moving at snail speed. And i wouldn't even be mad of the food was right.... but there are atleast 2 to 3 things wrong everytime...Today they forgot the biscuits for our neices meals.... the biscuits are the ONLY reason we stopped... then on my food... paid around 4$ to substitute steak into our Gordita.... and they put beef in it.Paid another 5/6$ for extra chicken in our quesidillas. They forgot that.... then wait for it...We asked for no ice in put drinks... we got ice in 2 drinks.... and they completely shorted us a drink....WORST KFC TACO BELL EVER.
The service was terrible and the employees couldn't get off there phone. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and regular one from the KFC menu at 5:30 and got it at 6:50 this was absolutely ridiculous.
