We've been regulars here for years. We had the worst service tonight sat for almost a 1/2 hour without ordering a meal and then 20 minutes with an empty drinks in front of us after finally getting our meal, never refilled. Tried to cash out....... still waiting, cards been on the bar top for a while.
We go there a few times a year, we have never had a bad meal, and their prices are not as bad as other places.
Amazing food and service. Potato skins were tasty. Chicken artichoke amazing and carrot cake yummy and generous. Drinks were strong and never felt rushed!! Great
Took my mother to Roma for her 80th birthday & had an awesome meal & a great waitress!!
Last night a group of us took my niece's husband to be out for dinner. There was (15) of us. We ordered our food off the menu. When the server brought us the food, he had no idea who got what. He stood near the tables with plates of food in his hands and said what he had and asked who got that. He did this several times until everyone had their order even though two orders were incorrect. The pasta that went with the meals came out ten minutes later. The meal was cold by this time. French fries came out even later. Worst dining experience I've ever had.
My wife and i have been looking for a place in our neighborhood with great food and drinks and Roma fits the bill the bartenders are great to . It's a little old-school but being there for over 80 years what do you expect ? give it a try.
Food was delicious service was good but they charge you 4% on the dollar if you use credit cards this is illegal in MA so how are they getting away with this

Love this place it's never overcrowded and always delivers great food. Fried calamari appetizer is real good and you can't go wrong with the tour of Italy or chicken parmesan. Everything is worth a try and the prices are good as well.
A classic restaurant with great food, decent prices and pleasant staff. Always a great choice if you are looking for New England Italian food.
