Me and my mom went there for lunch, and I thought the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had a steak and cheese in a pitabread and it was very tasty, and it was very filling. My mom had a hot vegetable pita. She loved it and wants to go back.They saw were are both disabled so they even brought our food to our table. We were both very satisfied. The place was very clean including the men's room.
I grew up eating Papa Gino's and always crave their pizza while in the area. I know that probably makes this review biased but here you go anyway.My most recent order of a regular cheese pizza and bread sticks was awesome. The flavor of the signature cheese blend and the sauce was delicious. The dough was perfectly crunchy on the outside while chewy on the inside.It seems like Papa Gino's is struggling though. I see many abandoned pizzerias in many cities in New England. It is time for a company/franchise upgrade. Keep the menu the way it is but upgrade your locations. Run more ads. Streamline your incredibly easy to use online ordering. Reinvent yourself with a new image. New logo design? Spokes person? So much room to grow and succeed here.
I did not care for this pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni with sausage pizza. In my opinion it took too long and didn't have enough toppings.Maybe there was a problem with the pizza rotator thing, I wouldn't call it an oven really... either way I did not get enough toppings for the $20 I paid.And the sauce was bland.I didn't like this. I was actually very disappointed. This was all I ate all day long after working for 12 hours.I just won't order this anymore.
ordered two small cheese pizzas & a good portion of it was missing cheese. you guys had literally one freaking job??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️
When I thought, “ cheese pizza” I definitely was NOT expecting this high degree quality and taste. Good lord that’s tasty…thx guys.
I love papa ginos and their pizza. Been ordering from them for years and unfortunately we'll be looking for a new pizza place because of the delivery drivers. Papa ginos is now using door dash for their deliveries but you can request they (papa ginos) deliver it, which i did. Cannot stand door dash. Most times food arrives cold from them or they mess up my address. Last night i got a text from door dash saying that they were outside with my order and expected me to go to them. Uh no. Food arrived cold again and if papa ginos cannot honor my request of not using door dash to deliver then they don't need my business anymore. I stopped using all food delivery services like uber eats and door dash for the very reasons i described above. Do better papa ginos. Over $40 of food arrived ice cold.
Absolutely Love this place !!! The food is always excellent and the customer service is great everyone is really nice and friendly.
I showed up to pick up my order, they were very busy and short-staffed like so many places are nowadays. But the employee, Alex was his name, apologized and explained the situation and hustled to get our orders out. I appreciated the honesty and did not mind the few extra minutes of wait time, I will definitely be back.

Never a bad experience at the River St Papa Ginos! Everyone on the team is incredible! They are all so friendly, welcoming, and punctual. From in house orders to delivery! 10/10 would always recommend!
